I normally order through Amazon and other big companies, however, I was looking for the new Sony signature series headamp which was not available there at that time, so I found it on AMP3 and decided to purchase that, this was around 2nd of December, tried twice to order using VISA card, every time their website got redirected and said the cart is empty and ultimately the item out of stock. I emailed them and they said its not from them, I called the bank and they said its not them, problem stems from merchants website.

However, I waited to order again on the 14/Dec when it appeared on their stock again, I used PayPal this time. I got no confirmation and nothing until the next day I decided to log in their website and noticed that they asked me for tons screenshots from bank accounts and so forth, and I did so. I was desperate to get this item before Christmas (DO NOT SEND YOUR SCREENSHOTS TO ANYONE). At the end of the day while having my money on hold and not available to me, they came to back to me and said there is a problem with PayPal and please send the money to us by Bank Transfer which of course I did not. I felt very much bullied and found it to be an unprofessional conduct after I called PayPal which said that the claim AMP3 making is false.

So my recommendation is to avoid buying here and stick to the good old Amazon or similar website which is one-click order process and more reliable than this. I do not want to be a bad sport, AMP3 also sells through Amazon.co.uk and your order if fulfilled by Amazon is independent from their unreliable website, but the downside to that is you won't be able to use their coupon codes.

My fairly elderly player (bought from AMP3) had become damaged so I asked them to quote for repairs. This they did quickly and followed it up with the repair at the price quoted and within the estimated time. There were email updates at all stages. Genuinely excellent service.

I've used Amp3 a few times now and would always give high praise. Very competitive prices and fast delivery as well as an excellent range of quality media players and accessories.

I've used Advanced MP3 players 3 times now.

Once for an iBasso DX50, and twice for 2 FiiO X5ii.

For each person I emailed for advice, and I received helpful and impartial advice each time. They even openly recommended players they don't sell.

Each of the 3 purchases came quickly (despatched by Amazon), well packaged, and the website works great each time.

Can't say enough about them - highly recommended.

I've used this company two times, first time I bought headphones, smoothly transaction quick delivery, I was very happy. But second time I bought ibasso dx80 and player never arrived. I send three mail to them and they promised me refund my money or replace the player in 10days. Now is 4th week and still no money or player. I'm really disappointed. Marcin

I ordered my husband's birthday presents via this website but my Mum wanted to pay via her Amex so she could get the avios points. This meant the delivery address was different to the billing address which means that it was flagged up as potential cc fraud.

Long story short it was looking like my husband wasn't going to receive his presents in time but Ross Paterson their Sales Supervisor saved the day. He managed to change the delivery (at short notice) to be sent to the billing address on a day that was convenient for us to be at home and he kept in communication the whole time.

I got a little stressed over the couple of days that this was being sorted and Ross was excellent at explaining everything and reassuring me that it would all be delivered on time.

It's so refreshing to find a company that not only beats their competition on price but literally smashes them into pieces with their customer service and ability to be contacted. Can you imagine dealing with Amazon like this?!

I won't be shopping anywhere else and I highly recommend advanced MP3 players to all.

I purchased an e reader through todays great deal however it was defective I was informed to return it and another was sent it too proving to be defective. I was refused a refund of both sets of postage claiming I must contact today great deal. They also refuse to refund postage. So in the end I have had two defective e readers which has cost me postage for almost the cost of one of these items. The quality is clearly very bad and the level of responsibility even worse.

I bought two players and one set of headphones from them, never had a problem and the delivery is fast. They dispatch items faster than amazon and they usually arrive faster than amazon too. I also contacted them regarding a repair of my old Cowon, they replied very quickly and even gave me estimate cost and time for the repair. There is always room for improvement though, when I bought Cowon i9 from them it was highly overpriced, but still cheaper than on amazon. Their website is a bit of a mess too. Nothing makes a better first impression than a well designed website, just a suggestion. Definitely will be using again in the future.

I bought B-stock (As New - Box Opened) earbuds from them and found out I was missing 1 pair of ear tips. I e-mailed them and they responded immediately and shipped new pair of ear tips with priority mail! I will definitely buy from them again and I recommend them to everyone!

I bought 2 speakers from them. They were the same type but only one of these worked properly, the other had distorted sound. This company say that they will honour the postage but only if the goods are received back within a week. The faulty speaker was returned to them using special delivery as there was little difference in price between that & first class recorded. They acknowledged receipt but then I didn't hear back from them. When I contacted them they told me that their technical team were still testing the item, the item had been left switched off & they'd had to recharch it but they couldn't find a fault! There must be something wrong with their ears as there was a clear difference in sound between the two speakers! Weeks later they sent out another speaker which is in good working order. There was no sign of a refund on the return postage. I contacted them by means of a web support ticket and never heard from them again. Poor service. I don't appreciate having to pay return postage for their faulty goods and I don't appreciate the lie regarding refund of postage costs.

I have used Advanced MP3 Players on several occasions and found the products to be as described, at a competitive price and have excellent service. So I would definitely use them in future.

I've purchased many products from AMP3 - Cowon stuff. The staff are helpful & competent. I've never had an issue with Cowon gear, once a player failed me, AMP3 replaced this immediately & without quibble.
As they're knowledgable can guide you in the right direction.

The best place to buy quality MP3 players etc online is definitely Advanced MP3 Players. Not only did I pay the same price for my Cowon as on Amazon, but I got a discount and a free pair of headphones. The order came in no time at all.

I'm bought from amp3 previously, this time Elliot helped me with a great deal on the audioengine 2 speakers which are excellent. Speakers were delivered the next day, highly recommend the product and amp3, buy with confidence.

I'm really happy with how quickly they shipped and the packaging my product came it. The fiio e17 had no problem driving my Hifiman HE400s. The EQ is nice and helped tame the bright highs.

My Cowon Z2 was a sizeable investment for me and after having done a lot of searching, I decided to bit the bullet and order from these guys rather than that large place named after a river..
Email communication was prompt and curteous and delivery was within stated time. When setting the player up, we had a 'glitch' which meant returning the un ti back to them.
Customer service on this issue was quick and professional and appreciated that they held onto it for a few days while checks were done to make sure all was ok. Player was returned to me and has been fine ever since. Thanks Colin.
