I had a problem with my signal
I had a problem with my signal , I raised the problem with aerial direct and millie sent out a new sim card the same day, the helpful whatsapp chat made activating the new sim card easy also with Lauren been really helpful and tentative,
I have never had a problem with the aerial direct team they always go above and beyond

I had an issue with my billing. Tim from ArielDirect called . Listened to the query I had and was able to help explain the reasons behind the issue.
He suggested ways to help me in the future .
Then also gave me a courtesy call a few days after to ensure everything been resolved .

away on holiday and ran out of Data
I’m away on holiday and ran out of Data .. usual problems attempting to buy a one off bolt on … I called Aerial Direct and was pleased to get through to someone straightaway!!! Spoke to Tim whom was very polite & helpful … advised a couple of options and within a few hours I had received the one off Data!!! Very happy we th the service!!
