Delivery was amazing. Quality of the ifr1 is really good, unfortunately i use the FBW A32nx and the functionality isn’t as good. I should have researched it better before I bought the Ifr1..
If you are using standard Msfs aircraft it’s a game changer..

Experience has been awesome, I needed a quick clarification on shipping time after I placed the order, I dropped an email and I got a super fast response, moreover shipping was absolutely fast and on time.

Excellent service was received, from placing the order to it being received in South Aftica. A situation did hiwever exist with the courier company not opening the invoice attached to the packaging as customs do nit accept proforma invoiced. I had to persobally obtain the invoice from Aerosoft and sent it to the courier. I paid the courier the taxes immediately but I received an email from Aerosoft that there were outstanding feed even after I received the item. It was sorted by Aerosoft.

I'd bought an Aerosoft product from another online retailer who couldn't, or wouldn't, provide updates. I contacted Aerosoft about this as the original retailer wasn't responding to my emails and Aerosoft arranged for me to download the update direct from their website instead.

I made a recent purchase with Aerosoft, but had to make an enquiry about payment. My emai was responded to quickly.
After trying out my purchase, I had to return it as unsuitable for my usage. Again the return process was completed without any problems.
My reason for not giving 5 stars was because Aerosoft did not inform me that my first payment was declined, causing me to reorder after a delay waiting for a dispatch notice.

The products were delivered in no time. Really appreciated!

They make the shipment so fast and I received ok, but fora me It Will be better to choose where the box Will be received, because tke pack point were I must to ho, only have very short openning hours
