Althea took care of my request/application - she provided a very efficient, professional and friendly service. Clear communication via phone and emails with regular updates and follow-ups.

We recently went on a trip to Paris and Switzerland through AFC Holidays. Our consultants, Mr. Bibin and Ms. Althea deserve special mention as they were very helfpul from the start. From clearing every doubt with genuine enthusiasm, double checking that we carried all our documents for our visa appointment, to asking for our true feedback after the trip, it was a testament to their earnestness in their jobs.

While the trip was truly enjoyable and hassle free, there were three things of concerns that we couldn't appreciate. One was the Indian breakfast on our first day in Paris. While we were all expecting croissants and pasta, the badly cooked idli was a real disappointment.

Secondly, the two hour long queue to go up the Eiffel tower was just not worth it, and though the wait time was mentioned, this could have also been informed at the orientation meeting. Those uninterested like us could have easily used the time to explore the city.

Finally, the hotel that we stayed in for four nights in Zurich, Movenpick Ragensdorf, was totally not worth its four stars. The room that we were allotted had ancient wall hangings and a single bed to fit two adults! The telephone in our room wasn't working which made it very inconvenient for us to connect with the reception for our different needs. Despite requesting a different room the hotel wasn't ready to allot us a different one. During our feedback call with Mr. Bibin after returning to the UAE, I mentioned this to him. He told us that we should have messaged an AFC representative and that they would have helped us change the room.

Despite these issues, thanks to our guide Sushant and the AFC team, we had an organized trip that left us with good memories.

I just want to say a big thank you to Ashwathi for her incredible support in helping me to secure the USA visa. Her professionalism, prompt responses and timely updates made the entire visa process smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate it.

Overall arrangement is very good. From inquiry up to arrangement of visa appointment. Ms. Aswathi handled it well in her level and the rest of visa team.

I approached AFC Visa services team with a request to help me get my US Visa Renewal done. This turned out to be a very satisfying experience. The VISA services team and especially Aswathy were very supportive and highly professional throughout the entire process . I could approach her with any query and be assured of a prompt and clear response. Really grateful for making the process entirely hasslefree.

This is my 4th time I am traveling through AFC. As always their arrangements have been the best. They always book the best hotels which are in good locations, decent and family friendly. Tour guides are also good. If you don't want the hazel of booking hotels, flights and planning you tour intinery, then AFC is the best choice.

Bibin was extremely helpful in customising our package for Srilanka. He understood exactly what we wanted and gave us a plan and it worked out really well.

We recently travelled with AFC Holidays during the Eid break for the Prague-Vienna-Budapest tour, and yet again, AFC exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Hotels were conveniently located close to the downtown areas (just 10-15 minutes away), allowing for easy self-exploration during leisure time. The Bed & Breakfast option throughout the trip was a comfortable touch.

The guided tours were well-curated and led by professional English-speaking guides who were insightful and passionate about the local history and culture.

AFC went the extra mile by providing complimentary SIM cards, ensuring we stayed connected throughout the trip. Additionally, airport shuttles and intercity transfers were perfectly coordinated, making transitions hassle-free.

A Memorable European Experience!
We had the absolute pleasure of touring Europe with a fantastic guide Pragyesh Vardhan and I can confidently say they were one of the best parts of our trip! From the very first day, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Whether we were exploring the historic streets of Paris the charming canals of Amsterdam, Brussels and Barcelona. Pragyesh brought each location to life with fascinating stories, historical context, and a great sense of humor and our group was also Awsome.
