Very aggressive, Racist and Rude
Very aggressive and rude staff specifically on the French side. I was 5 minutes late from planned booking while I had already received a message ferry is late 25 minutes and rude and racist staff member said you are late so take the next ferry at 1am which will be after 2.5 hours. I said give me your name and ill complain about you and he called police. Such a baby and racist brought up. It was humiliating. I will raise a complaint but first I'll report him to local police for harassment and unlawful detention.

No customer service. My 2 year old has broken his leg, we sail tomorrow and I've been waiting for a response from a chatbot for nearly two hours and there isn't even a number to call.

If you read "This fare is non-refundable, but may be amendable subject to availability and any applicable fees" do not think of amending the booking for a £20 fee but rather expect a fee three times more expensive than the price of a "cheap" ticket.
