Excellent value and superb villas, would thoroughly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Marinanna in Carvoeiro. The villa suited us perfectly. It was incredibly spacious inside and out and very clean. The layout of the villa was perfect with two teenage sons! The pool and gardens were gorgeous and well maintained and it was so quiet. We cannot thank you enough for the amazing welcome gifts, it was perfect arriving at the villa welcomed by wine and general groceries!
We loved the area and did some exploring whilst there. We will definitely return.

very good holiday ,customer care was the best ever.

We have been a customer of Affinity several times over the past few years but will never be using them again.
We had to cancel our family holiday 3 days before we were due to go as I developed a sudden onset serious heart condition and was advised by cardiac specialists I was medically unfit to travel.
Whilst all other companies involved in our holiday booking have shown empathy and understanding for the unpredictable and serious nature of the medical issues and have raised full refunds or credit notes for our bookings, the response from Affinity has been very disappointing, with a total refusal for any sort of credit note, not even for the pool heating which would have not been used, and they just keep quoting their terms and conditions in response (keeping the total cost of our booking which was paid 8 weeks in advance).
Whilst we don’t expect them to have to cover actual costs incurred on our behalf, they don’t seem to have any sort of ethical conscience and are happy to continue to make a profit out of a loyal customer's adversity. Shame on you Affinity.

I've been using Affinity villas for a number of years for our family holidays and nevery had any problems with them. And that is why I will continue to them for superb luxury villas.

We were very pleased and impressed with the service offered by Affinity Villas. A small problem was dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. We would certainly use the company again.

A large beautiful Villa, like home from home, can highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, a car is necessary hence the 4 stars, the villa is in a very quiet estate, and there is a bus service which stops and starts right outside the villa if you did not want two drive, We found our maid was very helpful and could not do enough to make our stay pleasurable, all in all, a lovely holiday villa which we can recommend.

Been renting Villas for years but can honestly say Affinity have been one of the best I've used. Great Villas at good prices. Really easy to book and fantastic customer service whether during booking of during your stay. Will be using them again for sure.

A great and spacious villa which was spotlessly clean and well maintained through the 2 weeks stay. (Quite a few stairs so a challenge with toddlers but no issues)

First time with Affinity Villas and cannot fault their service! Very helpful telephone staff at booking stage, excellent accommodation pack with lots of information and directions, fabulous Villa and lovely, friendly daily maid service.We'll definitely be back next year!
