Excellent customer service. Beautiful villa, fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. Well furnished, very clean and great location.

We booked a villa with affinity Villas in Portugal. The booking was easily done on line. The villa was as described and the instructions on how to get to it were accurate. We wanted a heated pool and this was organised for us.
The manager there sorted a minor problem quickly and efficiently.
We would use them again. Everything went well.

We have booked with Affinity Villas twice in the past two years and if you want excellent customer service and a quality villa for your holiday then I would recommend them 100% and without any hesitation.

Brilliant communication pre travel with excellent information re area and directions to the villa. The villa was brilliant with a great food hamper.

Great service throughout. We love the villa but it does need a little understanding, very old fashioned.

Affinity personel in England cannot be faulted. Very quick to help with questions etc. Will definitely book with them again.

Nothing too much trouble. Affinity Villas' customer service is second to none, whenever I had a query or wanted to include something else on my booking the staff were friendly, quick & efficient in helping me. The villa we stayed at was very nice, clean, well equipped & a lovely private pool, my only reservation was that the beds were not the most comfortable but that would be down to the owners preference of mattress rather than a fault of Affinity Villas. I would definitely book through this company again.

Only small improvement they could make is the cost and clarity of additional pricing like AC and Wifi.

The villa provided everything necessary for a relaxing break in the sun. The pool became the center of daytime activity and many evenings were spent on the two verandas, enjoying drinks and meals. All of the attractions of the Algarve were easy car journeys and the local provisions of Loule were excellent for everyday necessities. We all agree that we will definitely be returning to the area and would book with Affinity as our first choice.

Good website to manoeuvre - Very professional but friendly staff went through the booking process thoroughly with explanations etc., This was followed up at intervals keeping in touch and when final instructions came through for the villa, they were presented in a very clear, concise manner with additional travel information and helpful tips.
We had no problems regarding access to the chosen villa, even though it was close to midnight and it was presented just as the original advert. A couple of small queries were immediately and readily sorted by the local manager so all in all a very pleasant experience. No problems at all in recommending Affinity Villas to anyone

We had an initial setback with our chosen villa but the customer service from all involved at Affinity villas was exceptional and the villa was of a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in booking with them again and highly recommend them

Our villa was 5 star. The Service we received from Affinity Villas was outstanding, they communicated at all times and answered all queries and questions within a very short time.
We had the most wonderful time at the villa. The Management team visited with fresh pool towels during our week long stay.
We will certainly be booking through them again and enjoying their 5 star service and recommending them to our friends.

We hired a luxury villa on the Algarve and it was just that: a fabulously well appointed and well positioned property. The support from Affinity, both through booking and on-the-ground, was second to none.

We have used Affinity Villas previously and have never been disappointed in the standard of the Villas. What you see on the web site is an accurate account of the Villa. The maid service is discreet & helpful, cleaning to a very high standard. We cannot praise the welcome pack that Affinity Villas leave. certainly enough groceries to get you through to your first supermarket shop. Their choice of wine was excellent also. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for well equipped Villas with a touch of luxury. Our last summer experience was a wonderful family fun time. My grandchildren are still talking about their ‘ Holiday Home’
