nothing was too much - high quality villa, even better service

Friendly, professional service. Rented a wonderful villa in Loule, Algarve. Lived up to our expectations and we had a fantastic holiday. The pool was fabulous and our house manager was attentive but not intrusive. We would definitely use Affinity Vllas again.

Best company we've used to book a villa holiday. Villa was exactly as described and one of the nicest ones we've stayed in. The few queries we had were promptly and efficiently answered and dealt with. Would definitely use them again.

Good service. Initially got off to a bad start when booked and paid a deposit for a villa only to receive a phone call the following week to say we couldn't actually have that villa for the 2 weeks we had paid a deposit for - the owners had a change of plans????!!!
Once sorted with the booking all good. Not what we expected from a travel company though.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The staff were always helpful on the phone and the villa was fabulous, just as advertised and even better. We had a lovely time and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Affinity Villas again.

Affinity Villas were excellent in advising us of the most suitable villa and then when we arrived it was exactly as described and just perfect. The team in the office were always available to speak to and very helpful and knowledgeable. The management of the villa was fantastic, as were the maids, all very friendly. We will definitely be using Affinity Villas again next year.

Fantastic villa for 5 adults. Lovely pool, spacious rooms, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Hosts were there to help and very friendly. A little pricy but it was high season and a special occasion so worth it.

Used Affinity Villas for 6 holidays to the Algarve in the past seven years. They are unfailingly professional and friendly, with all their properties well maintained. We have never been let down on any part of our trips - I 100% recommend this company.

We have never booked a villa before, however we were going away with friends and it was all quite last minute. Found Affinity Villas on line, spoke to a member of their team in relation to a villa we had found on their site. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant, helpful and did what she said she was going to do - which I am finding increasingly rare! The holiday was booked - all the documentation was received in a timely manner for our stay in Portugal.
The villa was exactly as it had been described on Affinity Villas website - it was beautiful. We had no issues at all other than the villa was advertised as having maid service 3 times a week and the maid only came once during our stay. We didn't mind that other than the fact it would have been preferable to have fresh towels more frequently - it didn't however cause us great concern.
On return, again Affinity Villas did what they said they would and returned our deposit for any breakages within the timescales they quoted me. All in all, I would have absolutely no hesitation in either booking or recommending Affinity Villas to family and friends.

We booked a villa in Carvoeiro through Affinity Villas in August this year. The villa was superb and as described. The welcome hamper was the best we've ever had. The staff at Affinity were extremely pleasant and helpful and the booking process was simple. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

We were very fortunate to be able to secure the 'Casa Terra Nova' through Affinity Villas in Portugal for 5 weeks. They were so helpful arranging and organised everything from the Villa, optional extras and even a Hire Car as we had various guests during our stay.
Nothing was a problem when Booking in the UK and when we were there … AMAZING!! The Villa was stunning and had absolutely everything. The Team that also looked after us in Portugal were Excellent. If you are thinking of a Villa in Portugal as a Holiday destination we would highly recommend Affinity Villas. Thank You we all had a great time!!!
