Hidden Gem Company!
Was looking for a new contract and first time using Affordable Mobiles but found great prices with a massive range of phones and tariffs across most networks cheaper than going direct.
Applying was easy and straightforward and within a couple of days I had my new phone.

Quick and easy to use, prices offered were the best around. Got an excellent deal that the companies themselves couldn’t match, newer phone for cheaper than I was paying for my 4 yr old iPhone on ee out of contract. I obviously moved from EE, scandalous prices. Easy to order, easy to understand and the Phone arrived next day as promised . Excellent service

The worse experience I've ever received…
The worse experience I've ever received from a company! No communication skills what so ever are not true to there word do not call you back when told they will basically just try to prolong holding back your phone while they then try to tell you that you still have to pay the contract while haven't even got a phone still 9 days later

Would rate 0 stars if I could
My girlfriend ordered a faulty iPhone 15 from these cowboys. It arrived today and the volume down button does not work. When I called to explain on her behalf, they offered to start an exchange process that would take 10 working days as the fault would have to be confirmed by their warehouse team first. I get that faults need to be verified, but all she wanted was a replacement phone. Considering the phone was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering it and the handset that was paid for is faulty, I don't see why we should have to wait. I explained to the customer service representative Faith, who was very rude and sounded completely disinterested in her job, that we were well aware of our rights to cancel under the standard 14-day cooling off period and that if they were unwilling to send out a replacement handset sooner, this is what we would be doing. She was unwilling to offer a resolution so we went ahead with the cancellation. She then proceeded to tell me that since the customer has decided to cancel the order, the phone must be returned within 3 days via Royal Mail Special Delivery... AT OUR COST!!! Funny how they can ship out faulty phones via next day delivery and offer to collect them next day via DPD if you go along with their 10-day returns process, but as soon as you want to cancel because they are selling broken goods it's all the customer's fault and the customer has to pay for it. My girlfriend is a repeat customer of Affordable Mobiles, but she won't be buying from them ever again. Absolute disgrace of a company and I personally hope you crash and burn!

Firstly, I’d like to sincerely apologise that the handset arrived faulty. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. I understand there was frustration around our faulty handset process, and I appreciate why the timeframe offered was disappointing. The inspection process allows our technicians to test the handset, confirm the reported fault, and arrange the appropriate resolution. Once a fault is confirmed, we would also ensure that you are not left out of pocket for the period you were unable to use the handset.
I can see that the order is being cancelled down, and I’m sorry it came to that. I have also sent you an email explaining that, if the handset has not yet been returned, I would be happy to arrange a DPD collection for you. Alternatively, if you have already returned the handset, we can review reimbursement of any postage costs incurred upon receipt of proof of postage.
I’m also sorry to hear your comments regarding the service you received from one of our agents. Customer feedback is extremely important to us, and your comments will be reviewed by the relevant team.

Shocking experience and still without a phone!
*UPDATE - issue finally resolved so I have changed my rating from a 1 star to 3 purely on the basis it took over 4 weeks to sort*
Over a month since I purchased a new iPhone contract with this company and I’m still without a phone. I reported an issue with the phone after confirming with my mobile provider it was a phone issue. I sent the device back for investigation nearly 4 weeks ago to then have to chase this company several times by email and phone to get any kind of update. After further emails they eventually confirmed there is no issue with the device and are now sending this back out to me. This process has been going off for weeks and still no dispatch confirmation. I’ve essentially been paying for a phone I don’t have. I am also concerned the issue hasn’t been fixed and il be forced to visit my nearest Apple store over an hour away to get this sorted. Shocking service and I would stay well clear of these 3rd party companies and go directly to the main providers to avoid these situations.

Shocking!! Left paying for a contract i don't even have.
Ordered a mobile upgrade which I tried cancelling within 15 hours of ordering. They cancelled the order 3 days later and told me I would need to use a pac code which I don't understand why as it was an o2 upgrade and I was keeping same number. O2 have now sent me a pac code and said if I use it I will have to pay just short of £1000 to get out of the contract even though im within the 14 day cooling off period. Looks as if affordable mobiles has put my order through as a new line instead of a line upgrade. Im now stuck paying £41 a month for a phone i don't even have. I got an email from affordable mobiles stating that o2 have now cancelled the contract when I rang o2 they said the contract hasn't been cancelled at all. I can't even cancel direct debit as il end up with a default on my credit file. No idea who to contact to sort it out and affordable mobiles have been less than helpful. They cant do enough when your buying something but when you want to cancel or solve an issue they aren't interested not to mention half of the staff havent a clue what your saying because language barrier. I don't recommend this place at all. The stress it's causing is unreal. They clearly haven't cancelled/reversed the upgrade.
