Phone is a great price and was…
Phone is a great price and was delivered quickly but I ordered a phone that takes an eSIM instead of a normal one and they sent me a normal anyway and no way of setting up the eSIM. It’s been 4 days of long customer service calls to them and o2 and it’s been a pain. Now I have no phone service as I’d used a pac code to take my old three number to o2 so I can’t use either. I can’t receive the security texts from o2 for them to try and help as the sim isn’t activated (and can’t be as there is no slot to fit it in the new phone). I’ve thankfully had advice from someone at work who struggled with their eSIM and I’ll try and do what they suggested later. If that doesn’t work it could be a 5th/ 6th/ 7th… day of not being able to sort out their mistake. I’d probably go to them again as the prices are very good but it has been a massive stress with sending the wrong sim and they’re not really sorting out their error.

I completely understand how stressful this situation must have been, particularly after transferring your number using a PAC code and then finding yourself without service while trying to get the eSIM activated. I appreciate that you've spent a considerable amount of time speaking with both ourselves and O2, and I'm sorry that the issue has not yet been resolved.
As we are not the network provider, some aspects of eSIM provisioning and activation need to be managed by O2 directly. However, we appreciate that this does not make the situation any less frustrating from your perspective, and we are continuing to work with the network to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the price and delivery of the handset, but we fully recognise that this has been overshadowed by the difficulties you've experienced getting your service up and running.
We hope the advice you've received proves successful, but if you're still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to get back in touch so that we can continue assisting you.

Unfortunately I have recieved a brand…
Unfortunately I have recieved a brand new iPhone 15 , turned it on to get it set up and noticed at the top the screen / ink has bled .
I now have to send the phone back and wait however many days for it to be checked and then a new phone sent out to me whilst paying for a phone I don't have.

The order was placed and accepted swiftly, I received no tracking details and when I tracked the order on the website it said due for delivery on the Thursday, it finally arrived on Saturday. I had to call & email to get a tracking number

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Handset and sim never even made it to Royal Mail and now I have been told I have to wait 30 days for an investigation before a replacement can be issued. On top of this debacle, I will now be without any kind of mobile phone plan while my new network provider sorts out the problem with having already had my number ported and will have to send a temporary sim. Forget ever recommending Affordable Mobiles (a subsidiary of AO) to anyone. Absolutely no customer service to speak of at all - a replacement handset should have been sent out as far as I am concerned. I should not be the one now stuck in an admin nightmare because someone cannot manage to lift a box off a shelf and put it in a container for despatch correctly.

Firstly, I’m very sorry that this has happened. I completely understand how frustrating it is to be left without your handset, especially when your number has already been transferred and you’re now having to make alternative arrangements to stay connected.
We are actively working to get this resolved for you. Unfortunately, as the handset has not been received by Royal Mail, we are required to follow the courier's investigation process before we can issue a replacement. The 30-day timeframe is set by the courier, and we appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for.

Phone contract cheaper than what could be offered by the provider directly. This is now my 3rd contract purchase, affordable mobiles make it easy to upgrade, quick delivery of phone and straight forward communication.

Poor customer service
Ordered the phone on the Saturday and I was told next day delivery even though it was a Sunday and to keep an eye on my emails, after checking my emails it had no tracking info for the Sunday so went with it and Sunday arrived with no delivery, Monday left it to mid morning to call up to be told the phone was out of stock and would be over a week wait before affordable mobiles received stock so minimum I would wait 10 days which if I had known this I would of gone elsewhere, after speaking with them again customer service said I will get you a white one which clearly wasn’t an option being a mechanic hence ordering a black phone the following day he calls back to say all colours are out of stock so id have to wait and nothing they can do so after posing the question why is your website still showing stock a week on if you have no stock availability he could not answer truthfully so I gave up, kept an eye on my emails and nothing but then luckily I was home as the postman arrived at the weekend with a signed for which turned out to be the phone which was lucky as if I wasn’t home not knowing it was coming I then would of had to try and find the time to get to the sorting office to collect it! So all in all not impressed with the service I received or the zero help from customer service with no means of an apology or anything to soften the blow! I will not be using you next time.
