Thank you because this time you addressed the issue of payment and mobile top-up is working and other methods are open. I like the new ui design and features added, it makes the site easy to use or navigate. However, I always get screened out on most surveys I try to participate in. I'm also not impressed with the delay in starting the referal program with rewards.

Even though the payout to bank account indicator wasn't highlighted, I withdrew money only for it to say pending. I sincerely hope it won't turn to rejected like all other attempts. We'll see. Then boom! I checked and it's rejected again. Unfortunately, there is no customer support channel so I am on my own.
