My husband ordered the batwing robe for me as a wedding present. He placed the order in early January as she said she told him it would take 3-4 months. Our wedding came and went and before I knew it it was the end of July. After contacting her she said it was expected to ship in early August. September rolls around and we check again. She says it'll be a couple of days. Mid October we check her website for order updates it says all the orders have shipped so we give until after Halloween. My husband emails again and hasn't gotten a response since. It has been one thing after another. He even asked for a refund considering and that was a week ago now. Every email she says it will be expected by a particular date and it never happens. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I understand COVID delays and the other problems she gave. However, it's been almost a year since it was ordered and it has been promised so many times I doubt I will ever see the thing.
Overpriced and terrible customer service! Do not buy from this seller unless you want to pay a lot for cheap products and wait months for it . She charges a ridiculous amount for basic stuff and then takes months to ship it. Even when it says it will be shipped right away. The coffin towel I purchased is junk. The material is so cheap it ran the first time I washed it. I will never purchase from this shop again. I wish I had read these other reviews before purchasing anything from her.
Ordered custom bras in July 2021 with an expectation they would be done by Hallloween. This got pushed back to Christmas. Finally opened a case with Paypal because it had been 6 months, and she immediate shipped out merchandise that was incorrectly sized. It took 6 months and hundreds of dollars to get stuff that didn't fit. Communication was terrible. Avoid like the plague.
Ok so here’s the shortest way I can describe my experience with this company. I placed an order that was about $200 in November 2020. It was estimated that my order would ship May 2021. I patiently waited and didn’t send one email between when I placed my order and May. May came around and it wasn’t looking like I would get my order, which I totally understood. From the owner’s Instagram page she looked swamped! However, I didn’t received an email until end of June to update me. Again, to me that’s not a huge deal. That email said my package was scheduled to be shipped out that week. Then August rolled around so I sent an email to check in. I didn’t get a reply until mid September that promised the package was finally going in the mail. The email came with a tracking number. I kept an eye on it for 3 weeks. For 3 weeks it said “awaiting item for scan” meaning it hadn’t been dropped off. I checked in early October. Didn’t get a response. Checked in again by end of October. I finally get a reply November 2021. Literally a year later. My package was finally sent out. Squeaky wheel get the grease? For $200, an order that was over 6 months late, terrible communication… I just don’t feel super confident recommending this business to anyone. It was by far the worst small biz experience I have had. Which really sucks becuz I want to like this company sooooo bad. To be clear I am happy with the products. But if I had known the experience was going to be like this I’m not sure I would have purchased from this company.
Emailed multiple times and everytime I was told that I was sent tracking information (I’ve never reviewed a single email with a shipping number) I ordered this bra on April 9th (it’s now October 5th)I was told that my order would hopefully be finished by august… that was the last I’ve heard from her. Yet more products and newer items have been added to the store? If you can handle the volume stop making more products?? A video was posted showing all the orders that were being finished, all with similar order numbers to mine yesterday mine was not on it… idk if I’ll ever get this bra… I don’t even care anymore
This has honestly been the WORST experience ever. I wish I had seen the reviews on here earlier because every word is true!
In the 10 months since placing an order the seller has been making up excuses as to why orders are delayed. No communications unless you contact them first. I asked to cancel my order, they refused and sent a ridiculous partial refund as compensation.
I would have probably just let it be, because two months ago I received a shipping notification with a tracking number - which turns out was fake! They never sent it.
When I called them out the seller responded with a full blown rant (yes she is every bit as rude and unprofessional as people say she is), never addressing that she lied about posting the items and finishing with she "can't wait to post my items" - I can only assume she's going to spit on them or damage it in some way.
I doubt I will ever see the items I ordered.
Do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COST!
I’m not going to lie and say that this didn’t take me some time to receive this item. I bought a robe and custom collar knowing that they would take time due to COVID and Christina’s own internal operations seeing some turnaround. However, I have worked in fast fashion on both sides as a designer and customer service and I can say that from my personal experience, although it was a lengthy wait period, Christina was a professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Fast fashion is an industry so based on instant gratification with minimal payoff due to poor quality materials that may not hold up over time. Christina puts so much attention to detail in every stitch of her garments that I feel they may last a lifetime of performances and I am so grateful to her for being a professional and all the work she put into these pieces.
I ordered my (very expensive) custom item almost 9 months ago. I was assured it would take only 3-6 months. Any time I emailed it took weeks to get back to me and this entire time I only got 3 unsolicited emails on the progress of my order. A month ago I got an email saying it was done then... nothing. I finally took my justifiable frustration to twitter an made a post saying people should be aware it'll take longer than estimated. All in all it was a very mild criticism which got an immediate unhinged response from Christina O herself. She accused me of being unreasonable (she set the time line), abusive of her mental health (if you can't handle the volume of orders, limit them) AND the kicker I'm somehow racist against Asians. I wish I could put a stop payment on this robe because this is not the kind of business I want to support but I've already been charged. I'm now also wondering if it'll even come or if she'll have damaged it in some way. I may have a contested charge in my future. Save yourself a headache and support another small business.
I have been waiting for my items since March... I have had three emails with the shop owner and every time she has reassured me that my items were being sewed but because of covid she was delayed .....SHE SAID AUGUST last time I spoke to her and well..here we are in September..no reply ...no package..her items aren’t cheap this is such a let down.
Ordered the Greta Peignoir robe priced at $395 back in April 15, 2020 with little correspondence with emails regarding updates. I understand delays due to Covid but it's now August 24, 2020 with two deadlines given by the seller passed and no updated word from her via email from August 7, 2020.
Do not recommend buying from her ever. At this point, I'll be lucky if it ever arrives.
Ordered on back in November and still haven't received the product, have chased the seller multiple times as there have been no updates to the provided tracking number. Very slow response back from customer service email with replies being very unhelpful.
I absolutely love my velvet bat bralette and bat underwear. The quality is excellent and well made plus they are unique. However though the service is very very SLOW. I had ordered my bra set on December 23 2019 and I finally received it today on May 19 2020! I ordered this way BEFORE the pandemic. So if you order now with the pandemic going on you are probably going to be waiting for 7-8 months before you will finally get your items. So if you're in a hurry or you hate waiting, or if you are impatient, then I wouldn't order from here.
6 months and still no sign off my order. They keep telling me it will be sent and have made a tracking code that says pending when I look it up.
Many requests for updates on my order, which was "ready to sew." Ordered $126 worth of items on 12/12/19, contacted merchant on 1/9, 1/24, 1/28, 2/6, and 2/10. They keep saying it was going to ship in a couple days, or that it has shipped, but tracking eventually showed that a USPS label was created but it has not been shipped. You only have two months to reverse the charges from your bank, and after two months the communications have trailed off... I have documentation to prove all this.
EDIT: I received my products two days after opening up a charge dispute. They were okay. I prefer to pay more for handmade items, but they were just okay. Basically, if they arrived within a couple weeks, I might patronize this
It's been over six months and I haven't received my order. I have had multiple back and forths with customer support and despite being told several times that I would have my order completed and shipped, the have always fallen through.

On today, the 27th week, the 2nd of February, I recieved my item. It was a bra, and after all the wait, it was subpart quality. The underwire was cheap and flexed, no support, and as a result not comfortable to wear. I posted a review on the bra (seriously friendly critiquing, gave it 3 stars) but let's see if it magically doesn't show up. I know the stuff looks cute, but seriously just save yourself the disappointment, buy a good bra with that money ***second update, it has now been 22 almost 23 weeks. **update, it has now been 19 weeks* I placed my order back on August 4th 2019. It is now nearly mid December. I've been told my single item would ship in October, which was a lie. I've contacted support several times and am always told "it'll ship soon!".... They've said that for 4 and a half months now. Still no sign of my purchase. They quote 8-10 weeks. So far, it's been 18 weeks. I have never received any correspondence unless I've contacted them first, either. After being told it would ship end of October, I just heard absolutely nothing, I waited for anything from them until nearly the end of November before contacting them again, and they never acknowledged the fact that they didn't follow through with the promise. I cannot say I recommend this company to anybody, as the way they conduct themselves is horrendous. It's a very small hand made business, they should NOT be taking more orders than they can handle, they have even been taking more orders recently, when they are backed up to August or before still!!! Save your money unless you want to wait half a year for a single piece of clothing.
