Amazing and Supportive Company

I have found the staff at Age Up Health incredible.
I would like to acknowledge all of the people in the office, from the Operations Manager Danielle, Case Manager Joanna and for Jess, Rohit and Raghav on how amazing they are, and, to say thank you. It's not lost on me how kind everyone is and how hard they work to make it all happen. Nothing is ever too difficult and they remain calm and empathetic. Age Up Health try their very best to match the right support person/carer with each individual client.

Keep up the great work. In the 8 months I have been with Age Up Health I have been impressed and have felt supported in every way

Failure to deliver

Very good sales pitch, absolute failure to deliver on just about every level. Two contacts assigned to assist us left Age Up however, Age Up failed to notify us, or offer alternative contacts. Incorrect rates were charged, the carer was provided incorrect information about hours required and her pay was withheld to the point she resigned providing us with next to no notice. Despite her resignation, we were sent an invoice. When we notified Age Up of their employee’s resignation, no apology or offer to replace her was forthcoming. Communication directly to the CEO early in our Age Up tenure, remains unanswered.

Since signing we have had someone clean…

Since signing we have had someone clean our house once.signed in October.. you don't seem to have people to cover our area .seriouslt considering changing company.very unsatisfactory

Having recently changed from another…

Having recently changed from another provider, I found the quality of service
and follow up from AGE Up far more professional and decisive. A comprehensive appraisal of my requirements was carried out with speedy
provision of aide workers were made available. I couldn't be happier.

An exceptional provide

AgeUpHealth is an exceptional provider that has offered respectful and personalized supports for a young NDIS funded participant with dementia.
The case manager who is also a nurse will liaise with everyone involved with the participant. AgeUp makes everything easy especially when the family members have no capacity to engage, Ageup will update care plans and give regular feedback about the participant’s progress and additional needs for the holistic care of the participant such as supplies, diet, allied health supports etc
Their top three qualities are: they are highly responsive, adaptive and trustworthy
Highly recommended form a professional who liaises with a large number of similar providers in the industry

Excellent support and care

It was very difficult to navigate my aged care. We were recommended to Age Up Health and Grace and Ebony have been so supportive and caring and the support carers have been wonderful with my Mum. There is excellent communication and they really focus on the caring side of things and my Mum's health and happiness is paramount and on top of the list.
I would highly recommend them and I am very, very happy with their services for my Mum.

Steer Clear

Very poor quality. Not happy with services. Staff are not properly trained and don’t know what they are doing. I had a girl come to clean my house and she had clearly never cleaned before. She was very nice but clueless. When I complained I spoke with Grace and she was rude and unhelpful and said she would send someone different the next week. She couldn’t have cared less. She still charged me even though the job was half done and there was no offer to fix anything. I am a very sick woman and can’t do anything for myself and she just didn’t care at all. I ended services after that one and only visit but was still charged for 3 hours of care coordination and 2 months of ‘management fees’.
They said anything to get me to sign up and once they had my money they didn’t care about keeping their promises. Avoid this company at all costs.

Health professional

Briana, our health professional arrived on time as arranged. She took note of our health issues, looked around for any hazards inside and in backyard.
She gave both of us a good physio massage and exercises to do.
Due to the corona virus situation at present, we feel uneasy to have the indoors services for the time being,even though both Briana and Ebony where wearing face mask.
