Second time I've made a purchase from AG & Sons. Both times the process was easy and the goods arrived when promised. Very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the two rings- and the wife loved them both. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend AG &Sons to family and friends.

I bought a bridal set from AG & sons. I was a bit worried about ordering something so precious and expensive off line, however after reading previous reviews a decided to order.
Ordering was easy and i was kept upto date with the progress.
Once my rings arrived i was so glad i did buy them as OMG they are gorgeous they sparkle at every move and i cant stop looking at my engagement ring. The wedding band fitted the engagement ring perfectly and a perfect fit with sizing.
I can't not wait for my wedding so i can wear the matching set.
The ring came in a beautiful box along with diamond certificates and valuation certificates and they was sent recorded delivery. I couldn't of asked for anything better.
I am also going to order my partners wedding ring as i was so pleased with mine.

I would not hesitate to use this Company again. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Customer service is the best... they could not have been any better. The ring they produced for me was beautiful and of great quality. I could not wish for more,

Amazing quality, can’t recommend enough! I bought a new replacement wedding ring in December, a full eternity and double row diamond and platinum band. The website has exceptional quality photos that show so much detail so I decided to order. I wasn’t disappointed! You can log in and see the progress of the order, through to post production and shipping which was a nice touch in my opinion and I received an email to confirm 24 hour delivery. The package was much bigger than I expected....but inside was a gorgeous box with certificates/valuations and another gorgeous box. So excited, I opened this to find the most beautiful and sparkly ring, absolutely stunning. 3 weeks later I am still mesmerised by it and check my hand about every hour. Fabulous customer service, fabulous ring and value for money. I couldn’t be any happier!

AG & Sons were brilliant from start to finish. Even during the pandemic they were able to provide me with a ring quicker than the original estimated date. The ring quality seems good and we are pleased. The customer service team were fantastic throughout the process.

Good products, that was delivered quickly and in great condition.

Placed an order online for a diamond and peridot eternity ring in April.

Despite all the issues with Covid affecting everything, this was still made and delivered within the 12 weeks they said it would.

Kept up to date with the process the entire time, and when it did arrive it was exactly as expected.

I'm delighted with the service and beautiful ring I've received from A G & Sons. I was looking around for an eternity ring for my wife to celebrate the birth of our second child. I'd initially looked at the larger chains but couldn't find anything quite right.

I came across the website and was at first uncertain as I'd not heard of them before, but the customisation choices offered and stunning designs made me decide to go with it.

I was not disappointed. I emailed them shortly after placing the order to make a slight amendment and no more than 2 minutes after sending the email they phoned me to confirm the changes would be made.

Even with Covid affecting the production of their jewellery, the ring I ordered was custom made to order and delivered well ahead of the estimated date when I bought the ring. The account section of the website keeps you informed of exactly which part of the design and production process your order is at which is brilliant.

The ring arrived in exceptional high quality packaging, the elegant boxes ooze quality and they certainly add an extra sense of occasion and class, along with valuation certification and diamond certification.

This is a brilliant jewellers and I am astounded and delighted with the quality of the product (the finished ring is breathtakingly beautiful and dainty) and the quality of the service. Outstanding.
