I booked with you once several years ago. Today, the first time I’ve downloaded the app and booked a hotel with Agoda. My experience feels no different than it did back then. Honestly, I thin... See more

Very disappointed with Agoda’s customer service and flexibility. I made an honest mistake while booking — I intended to book a ticket for the afternoon, but I mistakenly thought 1:00 meant 1pm, when it was actually 1am. I contacted Agoda within just 15 minutes after making the booking and immediately requested a change. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist with changing the booking or providing any refund.
I understand policies exist, but I expected some flexibility for a genuine mistake reported almost immediately. Very frustrating experience and poor customer support in handling such situations.

Amazing price for the apartment I wanted. With nothing to pay upfront! Great service thank you!
Unlike the hotel website, I was able to confirm and pay for my reservation.
I've used Agora in a previous reservation and everything went smooth.
Agoda’s online booking platform is easy to use, and they have an extensive list of accommodations and I can often find some very good deals. Bookings are confirmed quickly and Hotel check-in invariably goes smoothly. I also like their customer service team for their efforts in responding to my requests to contact Hotel staff when I have occasionally made a booking error.
Always simple to book with Agoda, I've used them for several years now. They haven't let me down yet.
Very disappointed with Agoda as a booking platform. The property descriptions are misleading and do not reflect the actual conditions experienced upon arrival. Listings present hotels as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but that was not the case in my experience.
As a traveler on a road trip relying on accurate information to choose safe places to rest, this caused significant disruption to my plans. After my first stay, I no longer trusted the accuracy of the remaining prepaid bookings and had to request cancellations and refunds in order to secure more reliable accommodations.
I also contacted customer service for assistance but received no response via email and no answer by phone, which made it impossible to resolve the issue in real time.
Agoda should improve its quality control and ensure that property listings accurately reflect real conditions so travelers are not misled.

I unknowingly booked a hotel reservation through Agoda via a “partner offer” on Booking.com, and the experience was a complete mess from start to finish.
A week after booking, I called the hotel to ask about early check-in and was told they had never received my reservation. That started hours of back-and-forth calls trying to figure out whether I even had a room.
Agoda’s customer service was contradictory, disorganized, and impossible to rely on. The first Agoda representative told me he could see my reservation, but claimed my email address did not match their records. After confirming with Booking.com that Agoda had been given the correct email address, I called Agoda back — only for a second representative to tell me the first representative had been wrong and that Agoda had never received my reservation at all.
At no point could Agoda clearly confirm whether my reservation existed, whether the hotel had been contacted, or whether I would actually have a room upon arrival. Instead, I received completely different stories from different representatives, with no accountability and no attempt to proactively resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, Agoda repeatedly pushed responsibility elsewhere rather than fixing the problem. I was ultimately left with zero confidence that my hotel room actually existed and had no choice but to cancel the reservation.
This was one of the most frustrating and unreliable booking experiences I’ve had.

You are not too bad but something you have to more improve. I searched many websites and found another company cheaper than you. The EDreams’s very cheap. But I booked via your because I want to get experience with your. Because I booked it first time.

I tried booking with them, they charged for the rooms but they sent me a message that my room reservation has been cancelled without a refund only as I was asking their “weird” whatsapp chat bot about changing reservation or cancellation! They immediately cancelled my reservation so they can re sell the room without even asking them or confirming with me that I want to cancel be aware

My latest experience of booking a hotel for a night staycay using Agoda convinced me not to use it anymore. We could not stay with doctor’s issued Covid medical cert. Hotel could not change date or refund as we need to seek approval from Agoda. Different customer service staff at Agoda replied my email like to first get permission from hotel when i already attached hotel reply and the doctor's MC. Luckily hotel manager was very helpful and supportive but yet I still used up full week daily wrestling to n fro with Agoda leaving me feeling defeated mostly. Obviously they are making it so tough for customers hoping we would give up. Finally I found a local Agoda number (it’s hard to find it in their website; you got to dig deep to get it) I called and the reply was they need to check with their third party agent. What? Agoda is not the booking agent? There’s another agent and they could not reveal the details claiming trade terms. I was again lucky was attended by a nicer Agoda staff and she managed to get the refund approved for me. By the way, Booking.com and Agoda are with the same company.
Quick precise booking process. Plus I had a reduction in costs.
Easy to use and very quick and £10 cheaper than other site's
