Very bad service …

I booked room with agoda very bad service I paid full amount and I just want to change my booking date when i called agoda staff they told me they will speak with hotel partner and solve the problem and also they gave me hotel saptagiri mahipalpur contact number when I called hotel one of staff very rude and aggressive he told me speak with only agoda also when I called back agoda staff they told me they will fix the issue different, different agoda staff they send me email but after that no one responded they just scamming diffentaly I will never book room with agoda and not recommend.

Awful company

Awful company. I used app to book an hotel in Munich. I never stay anywhere without air conditioning or a fridge. The room I chose advertised both. There was no fridge. The air conditioner was a column fan which broke down and the hotel replaced with a noisy useless floor fan. The temperature was 31 degrees but hotter in my room and I could not sleep all night plus could only drink warm water. I logged a complaint with Agoda useless AI assistant which after many hours of stupid messages stated they were sorry but no compensation.

Fast booking

Fast booking. Competitive prices but sketchy history on pricing structure and strategy leaves me unsure how my cookies are being used or where my data is ending up

Try to avoid but it may be difficult to do so.

This booking company spends so much time trying to convince you that you can avail of all sorts of offers and claim discounts which are non existent in real terms when you actually try to book. They advertise prices and do not add taxes and charges until you arrive at the final step as they call it ... that is payment.
There is also a discrepancy between the prices shown on the App and the prices in an online search ! I saved €30 by ignoring the App and my account and just booking online as a guest. Our Last Room ! Is also a hoax ... book now to avoid disappointment.Rubbish ! As for customer service ... well you need to experience the lack of it to appreciate how bad it is ! I'm finished with them !

Ba-estore booking

I've booked through Ba-estore and have a conformation that I might get Avios .
However, previous experiences shows that this isn't a given as Agoda says that the last 'click' wasn't done correctly - impossible for me to prove.
Therefore, although I think that I've done everything correctly who knows!
I won't know if I'm 'Happy with the process' until I get the Avios and Agoda doesn't renage on the deal.

They should be sued “nonstop”!

They should be sued “nonstop” Using Google Maps they are almost always the lowest price! Click on their price and another window opens with a higher price!, Then ya finally get to see the rooms, and the price goes up again! That alone is sue worthy, but then add that booking.com and Agoda are the same company, they control over 50% of the market, and it sure does look like collusion. Talk about controlling pricing while hiding true pricing freedom. They are a giant scam, that steals your money daily, hell, they call me a Diamond VIP!

I booked hotel through this

I booked hotel through this, arrived at the place, there was very dirty bed sheets, and i mean disqusting all arround room and smaell, and had to ask for cancellation late night and decided to sleep in van as it was to late to travel somhere else,pictures showed one but REALITY OMG, hotel said thats fine we can get refund for this cancellation , but guess what nearly 4 month gone, no refund agoda says they dont have contact with owner, and they cant help. BUT GUESS WHAT THIS HOTEL STILL IS FOR USE ON THERE WEBSITE. THEY DONT CARE AND THEY SAID WE NEED TO WAIT, THEY WILL SORT EVERY TIME IN 48 HOURS I AM SO FED UP WAITING, AND YES THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT TO YOU GIVE UP ASKING MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY.WHY THEY STILL WOULD OFFER THIS HOTEL FOR PEOPLE IF THEY DONT HAVE OWNER CONTACT. THIS PROMISES ARE POINTLESS AND NO WORTH PENNY. THERE IS BETTER SITES LIKE BOOKING OR OTHER THERE THEY RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND THEY HELP YOU. THIS IS A KIND OF SCAM THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
