My return was well handled once I notified AHA my tees didn’t fit.

I'm a fitness influencer and I've worn many fitness apparels, but nothing compares to AHA SELECTED. Their gear is comfortable, high quality and affordable than many others. Definitely their products!

Overall the products are priced well, the quality aligns with the price and in some cases exceeds my expectations. My main criticism would be discount codes; you can almost always find a discount code but you may have to dig, or not get it. I feel like it is a bit silly to have so many discount codes vs just lowering the final price, or providing users with their own permanent discount code. In general I think you can frustrate people when they don’t add a code and pay a bit more than they could/should have and I don’t always think users want to search for codes to ensure they get the best deal.

fast service and quality clothing - love them!

Almost a month and no goods received and when I contact them they are asking me to contact myself the shipping company and on top of that the shipping company has no idea and their tracking system is horrible. In my case says out for delivery for over a week and they dont know anything and at the end of all they tell you it will go to their investigation team.

Easy to order. Packages came in two, so when I got the first package I thought something was missing. But the communication about more on the way was good and received a week later. All good...love the long sleeved dress shirts!!! And I like the fit of the athletic cargo pants. Very comfortable and the checkered print is 🔥.

Shipping takes forever. This is a chineese product that is overpriced and the quality is the worst. Looks nice on pictures but their sized are made for chineese people, not american. Don't waste your money for this cheaply made product.

Dear Customer,

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

You placed an order in January this year, and now you are commenting at the end of May. We are a little confused. [My comment - is there a policy to leave a review as soon as you order even though it takes over a month to get your product? Reason for review now is that the clothes that I purchased were just lying in my closet and couldn't ware this skinny chinese and questionable material so I finally ended up getting rid of it and before I did, I wanted to make sure other people are aware and don't waste their money].

We checked and found that your order was sent two packages, which were delivered in 9 days and 11 days respectively.
Because the US warehouse has no inventory, we sent it from the Asian warehouse, and this speed is normal. [My comment - 9 to 11 days may have been when the product entered US. It however probably went through a border check because I didn't receive my product until a month later (around February 28). You can pretend that it's delivered within 11 days but make sure it's clear that it may have been delivered to US but not my house. Also for other customers, just do your research online and you will see many customers complaining about the same issues. Don't trust the reviews on this company's website as they are the ones to choose which comments go there.]

Regarding your dissatisfaction with the size and quality of our products, our return policy supports returns.
You can contact us within 15 days of receiving the package to return it, but you never contacted us.
[My comment: Clearly you don't even know when the product was delivered so it would be difficult with you to argue about the 15 days policy. Regardless, I was no longer excited about the clothes as I mostly forgot about them after such a long shipping time. I didn't get a chance to try any of the clothes for a while. Also realized that it would be too much of a hustle to try to argue and return them whoever knows where. Instead, I rather warn other customers about making transactions with you so that they can make a better choice and avoid you and your very expensive marketing tactics].
