My grand daughter is no longer coughing
I purchased an Air Oasis unit because it was the only air filtering unit I could find that not only filtered the air but then used UV "lights" to kill the bacteria/viruses/etc. trapped in the filter! My grand daughter seems to be breathing better and her cough has disappeared! The only suggestion I have is that I initially wanted to add an extra replacement filter packet and extra LED-UV "light" to my order. The extra "light" was listed on my purchase list but when I went to pay for the items and the order was processed, the extra filter disappeared and was not included in my order. I'm not sure what happened??? In addition, several different LED-UV "lights" are identified on your website but I could not determine which replacement light went with the unit I eventually purchased. I "chatted" with a company agent and he informed me that the LED-UV "light" on the unit I was going to purchase should never burn out and therefore a replacement "light" was not necessary. That's great news but it would have been helpful if that information was included on your website. Other than those two suggestions, my son and his family are very pleased with the Air Oasis unit and their daughter no longer coughing!

I noticed the prices went up on their aircleaners, so I asked if I could buy it for the same price as the ones I bought from them previously and they gave me an extra 15%off of the already sale price so I was able to buy it for almost the same price :)

I am a CIRS patient and also a consultant working with doctors and IEP’s to help others suffering from airborne toxins. These units timing in my house have literally given me peace and calmness knowing that the air I’m breathing is clean and pure. They are super quiet andc will turn up the fans automatically if there is ever an issue with air quality like smoke from the stove.

1. I was so elated about being able to find a replacement cell for 3 air purifiers purchased in 2014. They were no longer needed in 2017 and were put in storage. I needed them now, 10 years after having purchase them, and decided to look for replacement cells since mine had never been changed. 2. I needed advice about cleaning and replacing the cells and was helped by a kind and knowledgeable customer service representative who took the time to explain things in detail, one concern after another. 3. I was very grateful for being able to take advantage of your generous discount. 4. I absolutely loved that shipping was free. 5. I was happy to read more about how the air purifiers operate and what made yours different from others. 6. It was not at all difficult find exactly what I was looking for.

A Wednesday delivery was promised
A Wednesday delivery was promised. We planned for someone to be home all day Wednesday. Then it was delivered on Tuesday for some reason. Since no one is home I have anymore that day just go pick it up elsewhere.

To clarify, the “Wednesday delivery promise” means that the package was guaranteed to arrive by Wednesday. Still, sometimes, depending on the shipping carrier, it can arrive a bit earlier or later. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package's delivery date once it has left our warehouse. In this case, it looks like the package was delivered on Tuesday, which understandably wasn’t ideal given your plan to be home the following day. I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
