On time, considerate staff, efficient working.

I have use this company for a number of years now, I have always find their engineers always very polite, professional and always turn up on time. People in the office always very responsive.

Super happy to have come across Air Options Ltd, what a fantastic company to work with. They have been extremely friendly and professional throughout, providing unbelievable service to customers and suppliers alike. Everyone in their team has been great to deal with including Wayne, their director. Special mention goes to Eilish for being so attentive throughout the time I've worked with them - A real credit to the company! I'd highly recommend Air Options to anybody needing HVAC services in South East.

We have just had our first BI-annual service of the year and as usual have had great service from everyone. This includes everyone in the office helping set up the appointment and the engineer that arrived promptly and completed the service with minimal disruptions to the business. He kept us updated on his progress and made sure to give a handover before leaving the building.

The manner in which the service engineers conducted themselves during the service was exemplary. They both took the time to engage with myself, our leadership and our staff, and they were always happy to answer questions that we had. We all now feel that we have a better understanding of our HVAC system, the way in which is operates, and how to get the best out of it.

The service itself was conducted with absolute minimal impact to business and everything was undertaken with courtesy.

I also appreciated the effort the back office team put into the service, taking the time to talk me through the process, the risk assessment, and what to expect on the day.

I have a repair service from Air Options and was pleased to have them. The repair job was a commercial AC unit hence, it was quite a big job, but the engineers did a brilliant job, so It all went smoothly.

We were very happy with the recent site visit from Air Options Ltd. They'd been in touch to arrange the visit in advance, so no turning up unannounced. The two engineers were unobtrusive and just got on with job. They were happy to answer queries and our heating/air con system is now well-maintained and running smoothly.
