If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Our seventh time using Park & Go. I'm disabled and all attendants have been extremely caring and helpful. No problems have used early in the morning or late at night. The staff is just super. Thanks everyone.

Easy to make reservation. Distance to airport readily available. Cost transparent. But, there is a definite need to have more airport shuttle information available. Frequency and times of operation should be readily available. An example would be shuttle operates twice per hour, on the hour, on the fifteen, when does it depart? Shuttle availability times are critical my 11pm flight nay run late and I arrive at the airport at 1am, is there a shuttle still running?
