I’ve used Charlie Brown parking service a couple times before. It make our traveling so less stressful.
From the time we park our vehicle, to dropping us off at the airport and picking us back up after our trip, the entire experience has always been great service.
Keep up the great service, we do appreciate it!!

Unfortunately due an Air Traffic controllers sick-out my flight was cancelled and so we never used the parking facility and the cancellation went smoothly. so I am staisfied but still wish I could have went on my trip.

Well maintained area quick return service from airport

Parking went great! I reserved my spot for an unknown amount of time to be away for a funeral. I came back early and they would not refund the time I didn't use. It's not how everything else works so I didn't consider this as an outcome. I can not recommend this company. I asked for a refund and they said no. Don't pay ahead of time. They are not legit.

Easy access from highway, reasonable cost, covered parking, quick shuttle.

This is a challenge for me. In the one hand I have had positive experiences with this site. On the other hand, when I have needed support, it is non existent. A couple of times I needed to adjust the dates I reserved due to travel issues. Each time I followed their protocol and reached out to support. And each time I never received a response. Lesson learned, if you’re 1000% certain your plans are solid, it’s a good site to use. If there is any possibility of variance, don’t waste your time waiting for support. I wrote to them four times with no response.

Parking was as described and easy to follow the directions. Description of what to expect and what to do were helpful. Great rate including prompt shuttle service to and from airport.
Will use it whenever I fly out of O'Hare.

Friendly, explained everything, timely and the car was waiting for us when we arrived. Will leave our car here again.

Booking process is very easy. Good location, close to the airport, but a sign at the entrance would be helpful.

Making the reservation was quick and easy. This is the second time I'm using them. I had no problems the first time with either making the reservation or actually parking my car and shuttling to and from the airport. I don't anticipate any issues this time either.
