Horrible!

Airsplat is the worst online experience I have ever had! I purchased an airsoft rifle (in stock) 9 days prior to my son's birthday. 2 days before the big day my order still says pending! I left multiple messages and emails. Eventually someone from Hobby Tron called and apologized. She stated that it would be resolved and I would get a call from Airsplat. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. And to top it all off, then the gun shows up! I had already purchased one on Amazon and had it next day aired in time for my son's birthday. I. Can't even get ahold of someone to return the gun! Terrible company! Do business with them at your own risk!

The first initial purchase was declined through the bank as there was incorrect billing entered so it was placed again. There was a hold kept on the first declined charge through the customers bank. We sent over documentation of the declined charge. The item he attempted to purchase was out of stock. When we contacted Tanner about his billing information our rep spoke with his mother who was not happy about the purchase. In order to make Tanner happy we offered a $40 upgrade to a more expensive and higher quality gun. Tanner's mother declined the offer and requested a refund. We voided the order and refunded the charge at the request of the cardholder. We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Ordered about 400$ worth of stuff.

So far I haven't received tracking info or confirmation my order has shipped (even paid extra for expedited shipping) my order still says "processing" on their website. It was supposed to ship out on Friday and I have yet to hear from them or receive any updates. If they contact me today with a valid explanation and if everything arrives in one piece I will likely change my review but until then they'll get two stars.

never shop there

i ordered 200$ of stuff and received the package a week later, everything was fine until i opened the package, it looked like it was just through n in.
i had 10 cans of green gas and two where totally empty and 3 where half filled.
i was also missing a mount and a smoke grenade. not happy, in loss 20$
never shop there!!!

AIRSPLAT SUCKS DONT ORDER FROM THEM

My boyfriends family purchased online to buy A LOT of stuff for our camping trip. We ordered over $600 worth of stuff because everybody that was going gave us money to order on our account, I called them THREE DAYS IN A ROW. Every single time I called I had to wait TEN minutes before they even answered my call, once they finally answered they told me that our order was on back hold because two of our items was not in stock, I told them not to worry about those items and just ship our order instead, they told me the order will be sent out by the end of the day. I called them the next following day to make sure the order has been shipped they told me they couldn't find my tracking number and they would give me a call when they found the tracking number. They NEVER CALLED ME BACK, the very next day after they didn't call me I called them, and they told me they canceled the order because they considered it Fraud. If I could give airsplat ZERO STARS I WOULD. Don't order off this we site ever. THEY HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The hung up on us while we were talking. I recomend other air soft company

HORRIBLE AND UPSETING

(Best customer service and quality) I guess Ishould have read between the lines.

I purchased a gun but it only worked for two weeks (used only 3 times) it started making noise so I call the store and took a month to get RMA # so they can proceed with my repair. Shipped my gun nice and neat with bubble wrap and I got it back with paper, bbs scattered inside the box the charger was missing and to top it off a BROKEN ejection port cover. called right way and this moron tells me " JUST PUT A TAPE OVER IT"

I WAS disgusted with there service I ended up just driving to this warehouse. After a session of bithing and complaining they just made a repair and sent me a charger the next day. Once I charged my battery I found out that the battery was also broken. I had to drive another hour over there for the 2nd time and complaint Just so they can give me another battery. Used my gun maybe 4 times and the bbs started to jam, upset at this whole situation I demanded a refund the first thing they said " SORRY THE WARRANTIE IS EXPIRE" are you kidding me....
I have left numerous voice mail to there manager and not one call back.

This company is a joke I would highly recommend doing some research even look this vidoes on YouTube before purchasing anything there....

Avoid this company like the plague!

Cheap Chinese mfg. My original purchase in November was for a Christmas gift for my grandson. After 4 returns the cheap gun was delivered on May 5th. Product was weighed with sand to make it heavier. Quality sucked. The original price was $80. The actual value might be $5 at the most. Avoid this company and its products !!!!

AirSplat changed my order

I ordered an NcStar Precision Bipod from AirSplat. I paid for an NcStar Bipod from AirSplat and AirSplat sent me confirmation they had shipped an NcStar Bipod. I received (very late shipping) a cheapo UTG bipod that will not fit my AR15. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks. I just purchased the CORRECT bipod from OpticsPlanet. I should have checked the internet, there are hundreds of bad reviews for AirSplat. I will never buy from this bad company again.

Absolutely unacceptable

As it stands it's been a week and I still don't have a return label. Guess Goodwill is getting a new hoodie. What a joke. Avoid these fools.

Never again...poor customer service to say the least

Even after placing orders totaling over $900 I have been left in the dark about most of my items! ALL OF WHICH ARE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!! Two of the orders (the main orders) were split and partially shipped without notice to me that they would be split. One item suppose to be shipped in 24 hours is still not shipped and it's been two weeks (no one notified me nor have they responded to my many emails asking about it). The other order that was to be shipped in one week supposedly got held up in customs and would not even arrive at Airsplat for 6-8 weeks. The only reason I know is because I emailed to inquire about the shipping time after not seeing it being shipped after a week as promised. They had no plans to even notify me apparently. Being that these are Christmas presents and as pretty much the ONLY Christmas presents my teens are getting I asked Airsplat if I could exchange the guns for ones comparable in price, that they DO have in stock ready to ship asap, so they would have something for presents instead of waiting until FEBRUARY. I found two replacements that were the same and lower in price than the ones I initially ordered. They refused to allow the exchange without me paying a couple hundred MORE dollars because the coupon code I used to make the original purchase had expired and did not fit with the newly selected guns! They wouldn't even make the exception because #1...this is just good customer service to do so....#2...their "guarantee" shipping was a lie...and #3...two kids will now not get their Christmas presents until February!! I was told they were "sorry" and that they would refer my issue to "someone higher up"....big surprise that it's been over a week and nobody has bothered to even contact me. OH...did I mention that one of the items I DID actually receive broke within minutes of being out of the box?? Yeah.....thanks Airsplat for being the Grinch AND Scrooge to our Christmas this year....bah humbug!

will not order from Airsplat again

Ordered two guns and one bottle of pellets on 5/31/2014. The gun that was marked as 6 weeks and the pellets came after 3 weeks but the gun that was marked as 4 weeks never came. Called several times and was told that the gun will be in stock next week and shipped right away.
Today, 7/22/2014 still no gun received on their end so I canceled the order. I was told that I will receive the full price of the gun but only $1,19 Dollars back from my $11.88 Dollars for shipping and handling.
Let's see how long that will take until I get the money back and I hope the cash will not be on back order.

False Deals

They lure you in with great deals, looks too good to be true. Turns out it is. I placed an order with a gun and seven other items. All in stock. One month later, they say that all of the items but one are out of stock, and they don't know when they will have them again.

Even if it says "In Stock", don't count on it.

Worst place to order from

Ordered from them 2 weeks before Christmas 2013, paid extra for two day shipping and got the partial order a week later. I called customer service and they informed me that it was on back order until the first week of January 2014. Today is March 4, 2015 and I still haven't received the rest of the order. Called to cancel and I was told it has already shipped out and will be here Wednesday so I cannot cancel. I'll never order from them again. Recommend you don't either.

Concerned about trustworthyness.

I ordered and elite package for $35. Sounded like a good deal and I would save over $30 on my order with the additional 10% and free shipping. Be careful, I was mislead. I was just informed in an email from Marissa in order processing that I didn't get the additional 10% off, nor do I receive free shipping on my $300 order. She said that because the lightup promo was applied the extra 10 didn't qualify. This is copied and pasted from the elite membership description, "Additional 10% off on all items
This 10% can be used *on top of promotions that AirSplat is currently running. That means if a non Elite customer gets a 25% discount, you would get a 35% discount.
The 10% discount you receive once joining The Elite is applicable to ANYTHING on our website. We mean absolutely ANYTHING. There are ZERO restrictions with this 10% discount. There's also no limit to the amount you can spend. If you wanted to spend $10,000 on guns at AirSplat, you will still receive 10% off your entire order. "

I received a great deal on some guns, they were shipped fairly fast (still haven't received them), however I will not be ordering from them again. I have to wonder how trustworthy they are considering they didn't keep their word here. I am expecting a refund on the elite membership considering I was mislead.

EDIT: Contacted them by phone today about the refund. After a hold on the phone I was connected to a female, didn't get her name. She was very nice and seemed to understand why I was wanting the refund. After explaining that I felt mislead she said they would refund my $35 and she was sorry for the confusion. I am still sticking with 3 stars, they should clarify things better. To me zero restrictions and applicable to anything, then putting restrictions may apply at the bottom is very shady. Spent $400 more on airsoft but this time I went thru amazon, should have been airsplats money but they didn't give me a quick resolution. Hopefully the guns are good to go, if they are there is a slim chance that I will reorder from them but no time soon.

Great product, price, and service.

Airsplat it a great website! They have only top notch products with top notch prices! Not only are their products great but their service is one of the best if not THE BEST airsoft websites customers service. If you come across a problem with a order or just a question about the website they, quickly find a solution that's best fit for you. I would strongly recommend airsplat any day.

I have bought two guns and A LOT of "ammo" from AirSplat, it was cheaper then buying it from other sites and they also give an AirSplat guarantee that they tested and reviewed the guns and everything else they have.

Terrible E-Commerce Fulfillment and Customer Service

Complete nightmare. Placed an order with this company through Rakuten (Buy.com). After hearing nothing about the order for 4 business days, I called to find out that the item was on back-order for 6-8 weeks. I was not notified of this and I told them to cancel the order. The money went back on my card and everything was fine.

This week the item was marked as shipped with a voided tracking number and the charge has reappeared on my card. Airsplat has not answered my emails and Rakuten isn't helping. So right now I have no product and I'm out $200. If I were a vendor, I wouldn't want my product associated with this company.

I've been doing E-Commerce/Digital Marketing for a fashion retailer for two years and it's almost inconceivable how a mistake like that could be made in fulfillment and billing. Maybe they should take some money from their PPC budget and focus a little bit more on customer service. Then maybe they won't have so many negative reviews.

Airsplat is the best! By Airsplat Army Portland

This review has been created by Airsplat Army Portland. I have worked with Airsplat in Portland Or with a goal of making airsoft bigger, better and fun for every one. Airsplat specifically Airsplat Seattle and Airsplat Boss. From the view of the outside looking in, it seamed like the Seattle store dropped every thing to help us. We where attending a game and had noting to represent Airsplat Army Portland. Sebastian the store manager of the Seattle store did every thing he said he was going to do. He went above the line for us. The game was a hit and I don't know how els Airsplat could have topped what we did in such a short time. The players of that game where taken care of for sure. 5 stars Airsplat.

Words cannot describe how awesome these guys are. To keep it short and simple they have the best price match system and they have awesome specials each month. I pick up High quality bbs every month. I wont go anywhere else. Airsoft Extreme and Evike have no chance against Airsplat. T

Great company to order from.

Well I have been using airsplat for well over 3 years or so now and I have nothing but great experiences from them. Anytime I have ordered something from them it has been shipped with confirmations and received on time or sometimes early depending on the items ordered and shipping method. If I have had any questions I have been able to find the answers either through their videos or just by emailing and asking them with a typical 24hr response time on the emails. Airsplat is probably one of the few companies that I will do business with on a regular basis for my airsoft needs.
