a very patient person, extreamly helpful & willing to assisit ,
my orignal order for raccords was cut short during the placing of it ??? i do not know why BUT it failed to input a delivery charge ??, after the order was confirmed i had doubts !! & after waiting for a week for it to arrive we contacted AMELE ... who sorted it out , but the ordering process & delivery is slow ,on 21/1 26 they arrived, now we can have heat !! jewells

Ma commande initiale de raccords a été interrompue lors de la validation ? Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais les frais de livraison n'ont pas été pris en compte ! Après confirmation de la commande, j'ai eu des doutes ! Après une semaine d'attente, nous avons contacté AMELE qui a réglé le problème. Cependant, le processus de commande et de livraison est lent. Les raccords sont arrivés le 21/01/2026 et nous pouvons enfin profiter du chauffage !

No Customer Service Response
I've placed and order, money taken, cannot get an update. No Customer Service Response via email or online chat. Most of the contact numbers on the website do not work and the one that does no one answers. All i'm after is an update and some help with my order.
22/01/2026 - still not received my order or an indication of when it will be delivered, I have been emailing for an updated and no response for over a week

I had to cancel my order within a few…
I had to cancel my order within a few days of ordering. Airton refunded the full amount I had paid without any argument.
As always, the proof of an integrity of a company is how they treat their customers when something goes wrong. Airton behaved impeccably.
As such, I have no hesitation recommending them and would certainly order from them in the future.

We bought the airton air-conditioning unit on recommendation. Delivery was as scheduled. The unit looks very neat on the wall; is easy to programme both at home and via WiFi when away from the house. Very effective and good value for money. Would buy again.
