I needed support to change a shipping…

I needed support to change a shipping address for a pending order and they solved the issue within the day. The customer service is kind and trustworthy, as they listen and don't just give cookie cutter answers. Waiting for my plushie now! :)

They never bought my item and didn't tell me ;-; Now it's too late.

I ordered a Vanitas Ring from Mochijun's 25th anniversary pop-up store through Aitai Kuji in January. It was supposed to arrive in May. While friends who ordered through other sources had already received theirs, I heard nothing.

After contacting customer service in June, I learned that my order had never been placed due to a one-per-person item limit. However, I was never informed of this. Had I not reached out, I would never have known. This delay meant I missed the final chance to buy the item elsewhere, as I only found this out 3 days before the event ended.

I received a refund quickly, but the lack of communication caused me to lose something I really cared about. If you really care about the item and need clear communication, please be cautious.

This was my first and last experience using Aitai Kuji.

I’m sharing this to help other fans avoid the same heartbreak. Be vigilant and stay in touch with support if you choose to order through them and ensure your order is fufilled.

We humbly apologize for the circumstances that affected your first order experience with us and completely understand your frustrations! On-site event items often times have strict purchase limits that require our team to visit on multiple occasions to fulfill customer orders.

For the Pandora Hearts x The Case Study of Vanitas Marui 20th Anniversary POP UP SHOP Journey Through Blue Vanitas Ring is a limited item that our team can only purchase 1 per pickup. Thus, it takes us several visits to pick up orders from the Tokyo and Osaka events.

All on-site products and our FAQ include disclaimers that in the event items cannot be picked up at the time of an event, often times a general release will be announced at a later date, and orders will continue to process until the items are all fulfilled: https://aitaikuji.com/faq/. This is confirmed by the PH15th official website stating in their bio that items from the event will be announced for a general release: https://x.com/PH15th.

We offered an option to refund the order, as you stated you wished to no longer wait for the item. We again apologize for the delays and hope for your understanding regarding the on-site order processes and disclaimers stated on our store. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a great day!

Received the delivered box mildly…

Received the delivered box mildly roughed up, some of the items container inside were rough up. Thankfully the items inside were intact but there was fear of them being broken/damaged

First time buyer!

As a first time buyer, I was curious how my experience would be, or if it was a scam site. Whenever I had a question, or concerns about my order, they were able to answer and offer reassurance via email. All I had to do was wait and see.

I had pre-ordered a product and, while it took a bit to get to their warehouse after their presumed release date, I received my item within a week of it shipping out, which was unexpected (thanks Japan and Canada). Everything came in great shape and nothing was broken or dented! I will definitely be buying from Aitai Kuji again in the future! Thank you!

General Experience with Aitai☆Kuji over the last year

This is my fourth or fifth order from Aitai☆Kuji by now and every single time the whole process from ordering to delivery goes through flawlessly.

Customer Service also responds rather fast and in a quite positive manner to any inquiries like my Address-change or asking about a Preorder.

I can and will keep recommending the Store to anyone seeking merchandise from Japan.

Scam website, Do not order on here

Scam website. the Item I received was damaged even before it was sent out. I tried to email them back in january, they have now ignored all my emails in order to resolve the issue. No way for charge back since the item was a preorder item, they sent it out pretty late after the item was actually released. They made up excuses saying they had to contact the manufacturer on what to do. I have been waiting for 5 months for a response, they no longer reply to my emails on the defective product they sent me.

Cannot fault them! The figure arrived to me in perfect condition and was posted very soon. It was a pre-order so obviously took a bit longer than items in stock. Would definitely recommend and use again

Wonderful experience!

My small preorder was entered into one of their raffles, and I won a Zodiark & Hydaelyn statue from FFXIV. It shipped with the preorder and arrived today. Great at communicating when orders are shipped and everything arrives safely!

Good experience!

I ordered a couple of items back in December, and while it did take some time for all of the items to be acquired (which they graciously updated me about, and offered to refund a part of the order if I so decided), once they were shipped out, they arrived pretty quickly, and they were very cute. I'm thankful for the nice customer service person I talked to (hi Claudia!) and the affordability of my purchase, especially compared to other online stores. I'll be checking this place out again sometime in the future :)

First time ordering from here, and everything went great. Communication was clear, the product arrived in perfect condition, and in a timely manner (considering it was coming from Japan--I expected it to take a few weeks, and that it did). Will definitely be coming back!

Worst experience buying online

Worst experience buying online. Not only did my package take forever to ship, somehow they messed up the address and it was hell to be able to track down the package and get it. The cherry on top is the package was all banged up as well. First and last time buying anything from this website.
