Leaves your sanity "on order basis"
I have had three orders with this website. Three orders that I've had to contact customer service to find out the tracking for. The most recent one I was given the runaround so much that I filed a PayPal charge back under buyer protection. They had told me the item wasn't there yet and they would maybe, if not delayed, have it in a week- but magically after filing the claim demanding my money back, after two months of waiting beyond the release date, I had a tracking number in under 8 hours. What this website refuses to tell you is that anything listed as an "on order basis" means they don't actually have it. They have not even confirmed that the item is available. Once you pay, they act as a proxy and they will go and place an order for the item on your behalf. I have seen some people waiting for the upwards of a year and never get anywhere... That being said, you are better off finding an actual proxy. All this website is going to do is waste your time, withhold your money, and send you canned email responses when you finally get unhappy about it. Save yourself the trouble. Unless you are willing to fight with their customer service to get your items, you may never get them and the site will not take the time to notify you that there was any sort of availability issue. Then they'll make it sound like It's your fault for being impatient.
Edit: hey look, the same exact canned response I got 3 times already. Amazing how I complained and now they magically got the item "recently" when previous messages said I needed to just wait, be patient, or it would arrive next week (two months passed the release day and 2 weeks after the same items became available on AMAZON of all places). No mention of my previous two orders that had the same problem, either. It seems if I don't complain, they don't ship anything. I will never order from them again and I don't suggest anyone else does either.
Edit2: oh good, they're proving it by sharing my order details in public. The last 2-3 orders they just didn't ship until I messaged them asking for it. This one, they straight up lied. I first messaged Jan 21, then Feb 24 and stopped trying Feb 26th. They told me Feb 26th that I needed to wait another week at best to be shipped because they didn't have it. So they lied. Point blank. If I hadnt pitched a fit, I doubt they would have shipped it at all and they definitely wouldn't have said anything. I already emailed 3+ times before this. One stars and claims are the only language they speak.

Our suppliers for Genshin Impact are sourced directly from China with stated estimated delivery times taking between 4-12 weeks to deliver to our warehouse. As the item was released late January 2025, the parcel was shipped from our supplier on January 22, 2025, and was just delivered on February 21, 2025. This is exactly 5 weeks within the estimated delivery period of 4-12 weeks. If you email us, we can provide proof of this delivery time for your bag. Our Shipping Team just recently stocked the item into our warehouse and our system then indicated the order was ready to ship. Your order was then pushed as an urgent order to be shipped due to your previously submitted inquiries urging a shipment. We adhered to your case to prioritize your order to ensure it was shipped as soon as possible.
We can also detail the statuses that were processed for your previous two orders. We can confirm that your order placed on October 23, 2022, was placed for As Order Basis China-sourced products that were shipped on November 30, 2022, which was also within the 4-12 week order period.
We have a record that you inquired about your order placed on June 13, 2024, and we informed you that there were delays that did affect the Genshin Impact miHoYo Diluc Ragnvindr Necklace past the 12 week mark. However, we did offer an initial refund to you which you declined as you wanted to wait for the item. We then received an email from you requesting the refund be processed on November 1, 2024, to which we processed the refund and shipped the remaining Genshin Impact miHoYo Teyvat Zoo Giant Plush Mascot all on the same day.
We understand your frustrations, however, we processed your order in accordance with the correct operations we adhere to. Unfortunately, any delays that may occur during transit are out of our control as we are not the shipper of the package from China to Japan. China-sourced products may take long to ship due to the strict operations and customs processes our supplier must follow. We again apologize for the stress the situation has caused and appreciate your understanding of the order processes.

Great for foreign countries like South Africa!
Company has great communication about order delays or issues. Very transparent and doesn't hide any information, the shipping to south africa was quite fast, just under a month, compared to places like amiami which take over two months to deliver express. Overall great experience.

Very happy with my delicious in dungeon lucky bag. I absolutely loved ♡ every item! It came with a large acrylic (largest acrylic stand i have ever seen ●● ) Shenshi stand, and Laios dressed as a mushroom dangling from another mushroom keychain. It came with a mandrake spinner keychain. It's hard to explain both keychains but they are very unique in their design and so nice I almost don't wanna use them. This was my first time purchasing a lucky bag from this company and I will definitely be trying out more lucky bags!

It was my first time ordering something through Aitai kuji and I have to say I'm very pleased with the experience. My items were "as order basis" so I had to wait for like a month and half, but everything went smoothly, when I had an inquiry they answered me pretty fast and the have a page they send you once your package has been sent so you can track it.
I'm happy with my Twisted Wonderland and Lilia merch and I'll definitely buy more stuff, I just hope they will have more Twst merch in the future (considering the anime is coming in October!).

The items that I order from Aitai Kuji are adorable in person! I have ordered from Aitai Kuji multiple times over the last two years, and I've never had a problem with the items and/or the delivery. I always get exactly what I've paid for. My last order was delayed due to an item not being in stock. I wish they would have reached out to me and offered options on what could be done, because I ordered the items for Christmas, but I had to reach out to them to get everything figured out. Other than that one "glitch" I have been extremely happy with the company overall.

I was kept updated throughout the process, and I moved address while waiting for the order and was able to update my address very easily, the customer service team is great! The package itself came with no damages, and was packaged well. I’d highly recommend buying from here if you want a product from that doesn’t ship to the UK, as Aitai Kuji will ship it :D!
