Awful service. They delivered the product very late because they supposedly were going to deliver all products together. They then delivered a damaged fridge that we didn't discover until we opened it much later when we were ready to install. Even though the damage was clearly caused by them (a fork lift), they refused to do anything about it. Embarrassing customer service. Never buy from them.

Responsiveness to my questions, emails, issue

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Gitty regarding a missing part for my recently purchased dishwasher. She was incredibly persistent, thorough, and committed to resolving the issue—even when Miele mistakenly sent the parts again with the bag open and items missing.

Thanks to her follow-through and determination, I finally received the correct missing parts. Gitty went above and beyond, and her level of service made all the difference. Truly exceptional support!

The original phone call was respectful and friendly. I was heard and understood. The resolution met my expectations, and I am overall very happy with your team and customer service. There was a typo in one of the emails (My e-mail was misspelled), and my original service rep was able to find the e-mail and get that fixed.

The ordering, etc., was super fantastic - the delivery was a terrible experience.

Very helpful and efficient customer service that got me what I needed compared to the big box store that I initially tried. They had me in a useless loop with no answers about a delayed order so I cancelled with them and I’m happy I went with AJMadison even if the price was a little higher.

When problems with large purchases happen, it is never a fun experience... especially just before the holidays when you need your appliances working before you host! Luckily Chelsea, Vanessa, and Heather were there to assist and ensure our dishwasher was functional *before* the Thanksgiving feast. They were personable, helpful, empathetic, and put in the effort to solve each problem every step of the way. Chelsea made sure I had her direct contact information and took ownership of the issues, which went a long way to ensuring I felt like I was being heard and understood. The team at AJ Madison have my deepest thanks for helping to make sure our holidays (and backs) were spared from the piles of dirty dishes!

Installers did a great job 🤗
Only issue I have is small gap between top oven and wall. There was a trim piece but installers said it was to large to use

The transaction went smooth and with the unsuccessful delivery attempt AJ Madison helped me work with the AM home delivery to drop off the unit as requested. I still need to modify my cabinets but that is my builder’s fault per se.

From ordering through delivery our experience has been very good. All appliances remain in crates and when unpacked and installed we will add to our review. But thus far, all has been seamless and excellent
