Customer service was super helpful during online purchase process. The live chat was incredibly useful! The grill is top! I struggled to find carbon steel flat griddles in Portugal - this was the solution. The tacos at Taco Maroto (our first pop up) sold out!! Thank you!

Plancha cover 75cm
I bought cover for plancha 75cm. Material is great but there is no system to get it tighter on the bottom so it does not stay on the plancha in case of high winds.
But otherwise it fits well

The product is excellent - great value, with an amazing delivery time.
The product (Pack complet Brasero Corten Saturn - 100cm) is excellent - high quality, complete, easy to use, and exactly as described.
Delivery was speedy, with excellent packaging to protect it in transit.
The price was half that of some competing products and came with more accessories, faster.
Assembly instructions would have been useful, but the online/phone support were helpful and our minor query was well handled.
Excellent - well done!
