Today I had a AMCO follow up visit from an alarm activation that the monitoring company had indicated the audio quality wasn’t as good as it should be. Engineer Faisal (who we have seen a number of times previously) attended and as ever was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, great job. Faisal found the audio quality to be perfectly acceptable and carried out some system updates as he was here much appreciated. Thank you.

Had a fully compliant insurance rated alarm installed by Faisal. He called twice and on both occasions he was prompt, tidy and professional. He listened and accommodated my requests. Syed in the office was equally competent. I don’t as a rule like having trades people in my house but if you need a house alarm I suggest you give the team at Amco a bell.

Faisil from Amco is very diligent and thorough and did a great job installing our CCTV system, ably supported by Asif via remote access. He ensured everything was set up and took me through controlling via the App. He’s also incredibly neat and tidy. And to top it all off, what a nice chap.

Maiwand, a highly experienced electrical engineer, came and fixed the alarm problem quickly. Very nice guy he stayed until the issue was completely resolved.

The cost was also very affordable
