Very easy process to set up the account and move funds to it

Easy to manage online and appear to offer better savings interest rates than other banks/building societies. Options to open a new account were easy to follow and an immediate acknowledgement from Aldermore when completed.

Having invested in bonds through a banking platform previously I knew I could trust Aldermore. Found their cash ISA had best rate and the application was clear, quick and very straighforward. Automated replies were very prompt and confirmation of receipt of funds was very quick and reassuring.

I have been with Aldermore for many years. Their ISA interest rate is very competitive, I can access my account online, and if I need any extra customer support, I can ring the help desk and speak to someone very quickly who i friendly and helpful - what’s not to like ?

had reason to call Aldermore Bank on 2 consecutive days, by coincidence was answered by Josh each day, to my surprise he remembered me and the details of my application. Was very helpful in dealing with my questions,about the emails the Bank had sent me, and even went the extra mile to confirm that I'd completed the application correctly (I had) and to clarify the next steps,I've always had good customer service at Aldermore Bank, but today its Josh of whom I speak,excellent ,pleasant ,helpful,11 out of 10,many thanks

First class service, exceptionally intuitive web services and very agreeable inetrest rates !

As a long term Aldermore Customer wanted a little help moving a "6 Figure Amount " into a better % acount. The 2 ladies who helped me were a credit to the bank. Your staff training must be excelant.

The design of their web page is very well designed...it is so easy to navigate and visually clear to use even with poor vision !

The availability of being able to 'phone the Aldermore office and get help from their Agent in setting up new investments.

It is sooo easy to deal with. And it all works.
Not like a few other banks I could mention

Great bank to deal with. Rates are competitive, systems are efficient and customer service really great. It's nice not to have to go through dozens of AI questions which lead to frustration. Messaging works fine but Aldermore Customer Service answer the phone quickly and are most friendly and helpful. I have had recent experience of app-based providers but found their systems painful in comparison to Aldermore. Highly recommend Aldermore, especially for ISAS.

Clear easy to use interface, competitive interest rates never had any problems depositing money with them or withdrawing money from them

I’ve only just opened an account and it’s not yet completed , but I have used the bank in the past and found them very good to deal with, the only reason for my score is because it’s to soon to make comments when your account is not yet complete, waiting for a ISA to mature to transfer.

It took me quite a long time to complete the application, including 3-4 calls to yourself with queries with the application process.

I don’t think I have ever experienced worse customer service

A genuine company with an excellent and accessible Customer Service, real people/real phone number! Also one of the very few non "Bank of Kowloon" outfits which offers monthly interest and at highly competitive rates, thank you so much!!
