I had an issue with my vape delivery
I had an issue with my vape delivery, as it hadn’t arrived and it was coming up as delivered. Royal mail insisted they delivered it to the correct place, but then i ask customer support for help on alectrofag website itself. I received emails from Evan, who was very helpful about the whole situation and was able to arrange a replacement for delivery. Overall, i am very happy with this experience. I totally recommend buying from here!

excellent customer service
Had an issue with a vape so used their live chat service. Was immediately connected to Evan who was extremely helpful, asked what the issue was and assured that once evidence was provided for the faulty vape I would have a replacement sent. Sent video evidence via email where I received a response within 10 minutes to say that a replacement vape had been issued. Cannot fault these guys whatsoever, they are so helpful and do their upmost to ensure your issue is resolved immediately. Another positive experience, thanks guys :)
