good pricing and product selection severely let down by using DHL for delivery due to this wouldnt order again imagine its fine collecting

Fantastic service! I deal with a staff member called Hannah and she goes above and beyond to help with selections orders and replacements when necessary. Have had nothing but good dealings with this lot and they’re extremely well priced on their stock too.

Scammers don’t buy here. Wish I read the reviews first, don’t make the same mistake

Placed an order for an extractor fan 28/11/2025 , zero updates on dispatch..... get an email 5 days later informing me that there is a stock issue and won't be available until mid December 2025.....
API's and automated stock checking software exist for a reason.

Order a small replacement part of my alarm system, 2 weeks later still not here emailed there customer support email to let them know I had sourced it elsewhere and was requesting a refund Hannah responded with the hour and informed me DPD lost the part and they have issued a full a refund.

Not a great first experience but couriers losing packages can't be blamed on the company and there customer service is clearly 10/10. Not many wholesale/retail companies will respond within an hour of an email being sent so thank you Hannah.

After reading the reviews on this company and seeing only a few that suggested they cancelled their orders, I decided to take the risk. Wrong decision!!
I placed my order, they took my money and two days later I received an email stating my item wasnt even in stock!! Is this company stuck in the 90's on dial up Internet?

Refunded my order to say they had no stock, only to raise their price.

A friend recommended Alert Electrical to me and I am glad they did. I've ordered various bits for my home refurb and have more still to get, but from what I have seen so far this company are just fantastic and efficient. I had a minor misunderstanding (my side) and Claire in customer support sorted things out ultra quick. Delivery is amazing too. 10/10 all round and a role model for any company. Thank you.

Ive bought over 40 switches/sockets from these guys for my house renovations. Every single order has arrived the next day. After 6months, one of my wifi sockets failed. I emailed them, got a reply straight away and a no questions asked replacement the next day. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Thank you. Murat.

I got wrong item first time, he sent the new one next day delivery.great.i had to get a refund (not the shops fault) and they refunded straight away.
I think great service and very polite.
would not hesitate to call them again.

Sent completely the wrong item to me. Too an age for the replacement item to be delivered and then when I wasn't in, they requested it go to the local shop.

Offered nothing in compensation.

Would avoid this company like the plague.

I can't fault the service I have received from Alert Electrical. I keep using them as their prices are always very competitive and the speed of service is second to none.

Great value products, ordered and despatched very quick, received the items very well packed.
Had an issue with order payment and Kerry responded and resolved the issue quickly.
Will be ordering from these again.

Absolutely amazing service from these guys. Had an issue with my apple pay and Kerry (super lovely lady) rang me to resolve and my order was shipped the next day! I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this company defo deserved one!

EXCELLENT customer service, especially from Kerry. We dealt with Kerry by email and phone, and she was incredibly helpful and honest. The items we ordered were delivered when we requested and in good condition. Would definitely recommend!

This is an easy five stars for a company that delivers on great prices and excellent, fast delivery. I purchased an Eaton alarm system kit, largely based on the great deal Alert were offering on this product. The standard delivery was about four days to NI and all under-pinned with regular email updates on order/delivery status.

Missing items. And unhelpful staff.

As a customer, how are we supposed to know what is in the product as all of it should be in the box
