Ordered 3 outside up/down lights. The back boxes wasn't the best of quality, Hannaah contacted the manufacturer and got 3 replacements sent out in no time! Thank you

I've just had probably the best on line trading experience since fax machines were useful! I bought some LED pendant lamps from Alert which have been fitted and working for some time now without problem. Then one decided not to work any more! I rang not really expecting too much and spoke to Hannah thinking I could maybe purchase a replacement part. Hannah leapt into action and arranged for the faulty lamp to be exchanged almost overnight at no cost to me. Such exemplary customer service is rare indeed nowadays and she must be highly commended for delivering such. As a result I will be strongly recommending Alert Electrical to my circle of friends and colleagues. Thanks again Hannah.

Great company, used them for a couple of years now for CCTV and electrical kit, one of the few electrical wholesalers that stocks decent CCTV kit and at reasonable prices. Always quick and reliable delivery, highly recommend.

I have used alertelectrical many times in the past but I believe the company might have been taken over or the staff replaced because they sent me the old model kit texecom alarm system and then changed the price on their website and told me I needed to pay more for the newer model which I ordered before they changed their website.
The staff member couldn’t care less and lied that the website hadn’t changed, so that’s the very last time I use them again as they clearly don’t value a loyal customer.

My experience with Alert Electrical was flawless, both before and after I placed my order, with telephone enquiries answered promptly and professionally (thanks Nathan).
My order qualified for free delivery and was received the following day (via DHL) when free delivery with most companies takes 3-5 days.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I placed my first order with alert electrical and I must admit I was a little apprehensive because the item (chandelier) was significantly cheaper than other websites.
Given it's competitive price I placed the order. The item arrived, great packaging, great product BUT it had slight manufacturers defect. I emailed Alert electrical expecting it to he a nightmare and I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic service! They wasn't even interested in the item being sent back they just just wanted to make sure one was sent out to me straightaway. I had the electrician booked in for the expected date but the item still hadn't arrived (dpd issue) so when I contacted alert electrical they had someone drive over with the item! I then found out it was actually the director of Forum that personally delivered the item!
Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control but what absolutely outstanding service from Alert electrical!! Thank you Kerry & Nathan!!!!

Brought a complete alarm kit, my installer noted one of the PIR sensors was faulty.

Customer service was fantastic. Replacement sent out via DPD at no charge and the faulty one taken back.

Email communication was great, cannot fault them at all.

The only thing i would change would be the extra charge for next day delivery. Most places now (especially during covid) are offering express delivery free of charge. It almost made me look elsewhere, but im glad I didn't.

10/10 for the after sales service.

Ordered an ERA alarm, got lost by delivery company! Contacted alert electricals, I received an email straight away and then a follow up phone call the next day with an explanation and information as to how they would rectify the problem. Received the alarm when I was told I would. Alarm easy to install and is perfect for what we need.

Ordered on line on 24.07.20. Shower fan delivered on 25.07.20. To be fair did pay for speedier delivery. But didn’t expect this quick.
Had previously waited 5 weeks from another company who kept saying item coming into stock...cancelled order and got amazing service from Alert

Ordered a Yale module 2 which said on their website was in stock and would be delivered 3-5 days. a week later i still had no confirmation that the order had been dispatched so i sent an email. I didn't get a reply so 2 days later I called. The lady was polite and said she had my email and was looking in to it for me. later that day i got an email stating they didn`t have one in stock as yale themselves did not have any and estimated delivery would be around 3 weeks. I checked Yale website and was able to order one direct from them. it worked out cheaper and delivery is due tomorrow- 2 days after my order. my question was had i not enquired about my product how long would i have waited for them to contact me. Surly once i placed the order the knew the didnt have one and could have contacted me then with a revised delivery estimate.

What can I say, absolutely unbelievable service. I placed my order online on Friday morning and it arrived just over 1 working day later.

Fabulous service, and a great range of products to choose from. I had a few queries about delivery and some products, and the response to these queries was very quick, and informative.

Cannot comment on product, but don't bother wasting time with next day delivery, they will happily take your payment for it, but once they have dispatched to DHL they wash there hands of it and you are at DHL's mercy.
