We used Alexander Hall to secure a mortgage for our first home, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Amirah and Farah were excellent throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease from the very beginning. Amirah explained everything thoroughly, kept us updated at every stage, and helped us understand exactly what was happening throughout the process. She was always happy to answer our questions and address any concerns, provided great advice whenever needed, and was always willing to jump on a quick call if we needed clarification. Overall, we're extremely happy with the service and will definitely be returning to Amirah when it's time to renew our mortgage.

We'd also like to give a shout-out to Aiden for helping us arrange the relevant insurance for our new mortgage. He also explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and made sure we understood our options.
