My wife and I were referred to Alexander Hall while in the process of viewing properties initially. We got in touch with William Storey as our broker and we were very lucky for it. Initially we didn't plan to find a property for a while and wanted to take our time, but as we found one quicker than expected we quickly needed to catch up on our mortgage paperwork. This is where William was a real rock, he was available for any inquiry we had in the process and his extensive knowledge in the field quickly subsided any stress we had during the process. But the most important thing I would say is that he listened to what our wants were and then did everything he could to make them happen. I can happily say we ended up with a better mortgage than we initially expected. I have nothing but praise to give to William as his expertise has made sure we will soon live in our own property as a first time buyer.

John was amazing from start to finish. I had a really tricky credit file and he ended up finding me an amazing deal which no one else across the market was able to. I also had a bit of trouble with a property falling through and he was on the ball as soon as I found somewhere new to get things moving as quickly as possible. Communication and speed 10/10. It’s still early days in my mortgage journey, but I genuinely cannot recommend Lucy at Alexander Hall enough.
