Would buy from them again
This is the second time I have purchased hiking boots from Alex Factory. Shipping was prompt and efficient via Federal Express, even though from Italy to the US. Each time Alex Factory checked by email to make sure I was ordering the correct size. Prices were reasonable too. Positive experience and I would buy from them again.

Honest guy sent me a pair of gaerne sg22 gtx goretex .enduro boots and they are everything you expect them to be (brilliant!). Had to wait a while but only because the first pair of these were still being made. Soon as they were made Alessio sent them straight to me
