Very good prices and fast shipping
Very good prices and fast shipping. The shipping was more expensive than buying stateside but the prices were so much lower it was well worth it. Plus the selection was very good. Ordered it from Italy and received my package in Florida within one week.

Gaerne Mach 80 boots are not available in the US. I took a chance and ordered from AlexFactory. They were great. They made sure I ordered the right size and were super responsive to emails. The shipping was fast. I would order from them again.

I ordered a pair of riding shoes. Red sneakers! Before they were shipped
Customer service contacted me (Alex) to let me know their sizing runs a bit small compared to US sizing and; asked me if I’d like to consider the smaller size for the most accurate fit.
I decided to go for the size that was recommended.
So glad I did—
