The hotel was in a good position, our room was clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed. The meals were good.We gave it 10 rating on all counts. Staff all pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely holiday and the trips were exceptional.

Hotel nice and staff great. Food very nice. Driver Roy exceptional very knowledgeable of area and funny. Love the idea of cases completely dealt with.

Being disabled when we been on days out I've been with Alfa a few times .Just dumped in a town centre for a couple of hours when you can hardly walk its not fun the worst experience was when we was in Scotland a trip to Inverness the driver said he wasn't aloud to drop any passengers of in the town centre and there would be a walk into town I couldn't do the walk some other passengers said they couldn't either its appalling the disabled people are treated like this we should of been told that it wouldn't be suitable for people with disabilities. We are booked to go to Wales in October and decided to drive ourselves. On the other hand the hotel staff were lovely b

Friendly staff, location was great bedroom was brilliant with what seemed a new bathroom suite. Ballroom was good quite disappointed with the entertainment and the price of drinks I thought was expensive. Food throughout our stay was very good.

The staff we excellant and the meals were very good.Entertainment was very good will a couple of acts outstanding.
Days out were good although i felt we could have had more time and some places.
The bedroom was ok but needed updating,very tired wallpaper which in some places was pealing off the wall and toiler roll holder was loose.
The journey home was good until we reached the interchange when we had a very long delay waiting for a coach which was late.We had little or no information and it was very hot on or off the coach and some passengers were feeling it.
These are observations only the overall experience was very good especially as it was my very first coach holiday ever.

was very interesting with lots of history to it. We had a very nice spacious room.

All good ! Hotel was great & food was good other than the last 2 days breakfast was way too busy with a lot more tours having arrived. Hard to get a seat. The journey home was very long as we had to wait for our feeder minivan & it took a long time with dropping others off first. Also we were packed in tight & it was hot & stuffy. The minivan with Plants at the start of the vacation was way more comfortable & clean & Gemma was delightful. The holiday itself was lovely & hotel rooms were excellent.

Excellent service helpful staff would recommend Alfa to all my friends.
Hotel was really nice and next to the beach

First time on a coach holiday throughly enjoyed.
Friends made it but the hotel was really excellent with helpful and cheerful staff . Food very nice and as I say staff in hotel 10/10.
We did have four drivers and five coaches for our four night holiday but not really an issue.
One negative would be the slightly long , deliberately slow drive up and a silly stop at an awful services when we could have just carried on to the final destination within half hour.

This is our 6th holiday at Bashore hotel . Thanks to all staff especially Georgia our waitress and our driver Jim most helpful and polite

We stayed at the Metropole Hotel in Torquay. The rooms were spotless. Linda, our waitress, was very friendly, efficient and always had a smile. She was very attentive and is definitely a people person.

The hotel 'Leonardo' at Newcastle was very good and the staff excellent.
Location was good.

My parents are staying at Hotel de Paris Cromer at the moment as part of a Alfa holiday which they go on every yet, whilst there my Dad was rushed into hospital 30 miles away, the care and help my Mum has received from all the members of the Alfa team including Jasmin on reception who helped my mum with connecting to Alex on the piece of mind insurance who organised all the Ubers from the hotel to the hospital and back and the coach driver (apologies I cannot recall your name) and whoever has been leaving my mum a plate of food for when she returns from the hospital. I really can not thank you enough to know my parents are well looked after year after year so far away from home means everything to me, anybody thinking of using Alfa or staying at this hotel you will not be disappointed

Malcolm our Driver from Bowburn was pleasant, funny and a safe driver. Bus had a little less leg room to our past trips with Alfa coaches. Hydro hotel was best we have stayed in. Room 202 was superb. Restaurant meals very good and Attila our waiter service was excellent. Trips out and about very good. Love Llandudno and Angelsey. All in all a fab holiday. Thank you Alfa...see you again...

I have been on about 15 alfa holidays and they really look after you from pick up to your hotel alfa drivers are helpful and professional hotel's are clean food is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful and professional

Local pickup to interchange. Ease of changing coaches( everything is done for you), welcome by manageress at hotel.

Great driver in “Becky”with well timed comfort stops.
The Hydro hotel provided comfortable rooms with an excellent food & drink menus. The excursions were well organised and all ran to time. The only thing that did not work at the hotel was the failure of not receiving an early morning call despite asking reception for this to ensure we were ready for departure on the last day !(not good!)

Everything was fine , food ,room staff cleanliness, comfortable lounge, excursions , Eric the coach driver was excellent, the only downside were the front seats 3 and 4, there was NO room to move your feet , totally cramped, these seats are not suitable for long journeys.
