Reliable, discreet, 5 star customer service!
I ordered the honey bee glass piece. They straight away saw that it was out of stock so they emailed me and rang me to discuss an option to change it to a different to style or have it refunded. I got the octopus one. It arrived today in a little discreet box, with a couple of freebies. Well packaged up. It’s so cute and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you to alibongo. Will be using again!

Taken 2 stars off as delivery took really long, Bank holiday affected it but 10 days wait is too long. Also got a wrong item sent. Overall, happy with the order.

Hey, thanks for your review! Yes unfortunately you ordered this on the 15th (bank holiday friday) and the next possible date we could have shipped this was the 19th, due to the bank holidays as you said.
You selected free shipping which is a 3-5 (working) day service, in the future we would recommend opting for the Royal Mail 24 (1st class) option or our DHL courier.
In regards to the missing item please do get in touch!
