"Smart Customer" not appreciated

The email from "Smart Customer" used an order number, but not the name of the book I ordered. There was no way I could answer any of the choices without knowing the name of the book. It has been a few weeks since that book was delivered, so I was afraid a new order had been given to Alibris without my knowledge.
