I was impressed with the questions posed by the AI interviewer based on a review of my CV. Moreover, the follow up questions to my initial responses were surprisingly appropriate and on point.

I could understand her very well, and it seemed that I was talking to a human recruter.

I just finished my 5th interview over the last few weeks with Zara. As usual she makes you feel comfortable and thanks to having done interviews with one particular company, I have actually met the live version of Zara and her AI persona reflects her very genuine personality and warmth.

My resume was used to fill out the responses accurately, decreasing my busywork. Zara, the AI interviewer, asked appropriate questions and summarized my answers well.

This is clearly a scam. All reviews on this company on this site are clearly bot accounts, every single review points to enjoying the AI interview process in a very unbelievable way. I was recruited and signed on for a project, but requested direct deposit payments and they declined saying they are only willing to use PayPal. Reddit is filled with contractors on here who are waiting on late payments or have given up expecting payment for their work at all. Do your due diligence on these companies.

First time I faced an interview by AI

I felt like I was speaking to a live person. The follow-up questions were amazing.

I was contacted and interviewed soon after applying. The interview process was relevant to my experience and the interviewer was respnsive and positive.
I found Alignerr to be professional and I am glad I took advantage of all they ahve to offer.

The interview was well-organized and concise. I was given time to answer questions that were directly related to the position I applied for. The recruiter immediately learned about me by referencing my extensive clinical experience when asking what challenges I might face and how I would address issues such as validity and using evidence based resources to justify my evaluation of the AI output.

I never had the chance to be interviewed by an AI but the questions were really appropriate and accurate, I felt like if I were in a full human situation.

All in all, a wonderful experience. It was as if I was talking to a human! Questions were interesting as they were about the field close to my heart - Creative writing and ideation. It was amazing how Ai pulls up information from the candidate's resume and uses it in the interview.

I just recently started using the website and its easy to use and pretty straightforward.
