I have had a toilet leaking when flush for almost a year and all other plumbers were coming, taking money for diagnostic and disappearing. Emailed these guys yesterday and the job is done today with all necessary parts etc. highly recommend!

Needed the services of A Lings group via our insurance company Privilege (that's another story) for a water leak. Dana arrived promptly and checked out the problem. She located the leak quickly and advised us what could be done to rectify the problem. Dana was professional and knew "her stuff" for her young years. We were very impressed with her enthusiasm for the job.
A note also to Rebecca, who answered the phone instantly and sorted our questions out for us.
Finally to the management of A.Lings group......whatever you are paying Dana it is not enough...what a great experience we had, to have a young lady, full of knowledge, polite and who sorted our problem out. 5* to Dana

My father needed an emergency plumber when his loft tank split and started damaging his house. Overnight he contacted another firm. If they were genuine they were useless and a rip-off of an elderly man.

The fix was no fix and so next day, a Saturday, we contacted A Lings Group who were local to us. They sent a plumber within 90 minutes and he was able to stabilise the situation. By Monday they sent somebody to quote for the full repair and, recognising that my father's case was urgent because of his age, they hjad installed all the replacement tank and piping later that week. Job done, highly professionally, and done at a price that was excellent value. Less in total in fact than that charged by the rip-off guy.

This was first class service and we have no hesitation in recommending A Lings Group.
