Great and friendly customer service from Kai

I am updating this review based on my overall experience of the company which is very poor.

Clearly the fault diagnosed originally was incorrect. Second guy that came said it was unsafe but then left the boiler leaking with the power turned on. He also left the filling loop open and even when closed off it now drips continuously, which has caused water damage to the ceiling below. They have now said it is beyond economical repair and we have been left without a working or safe boiler.

Kai arrived late afternoon to service our boiler he had telephoned to keep us updated. He was very polite and respectful of our property. He serviced our boiler efficiently and gave it a clean bill of health. We were very pleased with the service.

Kai was polite, professional and informative. He serviced the boiler on a Sunday which was amazing for people like us who work full-time. Thank you!

Float valve replaced. The engineer was very friendly and communicated everything well that she needed to do. The valve was fitted in a short space of time despite the gap between the top of the tank and the ceiling being very awkward to navigate. And the engineer left everything tidy. Very pleased!

Dana was such a professional with full knowledge and found and fixed the issue as soon as she views it.

Kai was a delightful young man and courteous and professional. He did a great job , always cheerful and explaining what he was doing and left everything clean and tidy . An absolute credit to your firm and as a disabled Veteran he was considerate and respectful. 10/10 from me .
