I ordered a personalised wooden train set from this company, sending my order through on Sunday evening. I paid a little extra for a faster delivery. My parcel arrived Wednesday morning. I found the train set to be very well made and with great care. Well suited for a toddler to have hours of fun. I would highly recommend this product and this company. I ordered an item for my grandaughter.. was very last minuite and then worried it wouldnt arrive in time.. i emailed the company and they were very helpful and got my item out to me next day.

Bought a sweatshirt from this company with big brother written on front. Sizing was ridiculous, way too small. Returned item at my expense only to be told no refund as it was personalised! Quality was very poor and cheap looking. Customer service is horrendous, they couldn’t care less. No contact telephone number just email. Avoid and go elsewhere they were terrible.

My autistic sons stocking was falling to bits when we got out of loft and one he ordered wasn't great quality. I had seen these Christmas sacks and decided to try but wasn't expecting to get in time for this Christmas as I ordered late. I am amazed and super chuffed that they got this sorted and sent to me so quickly as it arrived a couple of days later so i can use this year. The Christmas sack looks and feels beautiful in quality and I am sure it will be used for many years to come. I can't rate my experience with this company enough and wish all my online purchase went this smoothly. great service and I will be looking into ordering more items next year in other colours.

CHEAP QUALITY & CHEAP CUSTOMER CARE

Awful experience from start to finish. The order was delivered later than the estimated delivery date meaning the outfit was no longer needed. On arrival the quality of the product was terrible, very cheap fabric so planned to return. I was then told they won’t allow me to return the product because it is made to order. No where on the item page does it state the item is made to order and therefore exempt from return & the item is not personalised either it was just a generic print they had advertised.

Absolute scam & I would not recommend to purchase from them!!

I’ve ordered a gift recently for my colleague but when I received the package the box was damaged. It was a gift the package came with bubble wrap the box was damaged when I unwrapped it. I’m very disappointed. Not really sure if I will order it next time. The packaging looked really nice from the website but I’m very disappointed.

I received my Christmas orders today and they are absolutely gorgeous. Everything is made so well and I'm really pleased with the quality. The matching T-shirt, pyjamas, and babygrow are so cute, and the quality seems good (not yet worn). Although a T-shirt was missing from the courier that I first received, the CS team quickly responded to my email and arranged to send me back a T-shirt. Really appreciated that!

Bought a personalised kids backpack for my nephew. Customer advisor team / Nathan was amazing as I requested the bag to be delivered urgently. It was despatched and delivered within 3 days including the weekend. Came just in time for nursery! My nephew loved his new back pack. Thank you!
