I haven't had to claim as yet, but the whole online quote process was straight forward and to be honest we are happy that they will ensure pre- existing medical conditions. Hopefully their claim process is as good as the rest.

Travel insurance with clear policies
Getting the insurance was straightforward, simple and had no surprise questions. Yes I do have a pacemaker, but that was not a problem.
Allclear is way better than companies that have policies with exclusions on page 75 of the Product Disclosure Statement. Honest policies and proper insurance.

So easy to complete. Will, our consultant walked through the process diligently, helped explain everything including any queries we had. Such an easy, quick process. I ended up booking my insurance too through Will after completing my mums insurance, purely because of his mannerism, helpfulness, and his knowledge of the industry. A very delightful man.
