The company I’m with sent AllGas North…

The company I’m with sent AllGas North West Ltd,to service my boiler.Dean came he was polite and friendly,and knowledgeable when I asked him questions.
Dean gave my boiler a thorough service,and he looked in the loft at the Flue.Afterwards he checked the gas meter and did a pressure check,everything was working fine.I hope next year my company choose AllGas,it would be nice to see Dean again.

After 2 years of suffering the perfect storm ..

After 2 years of suffering the perfect storm of Hometree and All Gas, I am back with British Gas for my Boiler & Heating Home Care. What an absolute joy by comparison.
I did see some negative reviews on here about All Gas and particularly in conjunction with Hometree, but then equally some positive ones so took a chance.
Unfortunately I experienced what others have reported.
I terminated my agreement earlier this year after the longest period I can recall of having unresolved issues, of contradiction, of not being listened to, of being without reliable hot water and heating for extended periods, and of having a power flush and parts changed (at my cost) that I don’t believe had anything to do with the root cause. If one of the All Gas engineers had their way, I would have had a completely new boiler and heating system installed.
I know a lot of people say this on reviews, but if I could give zero stars I would.

AllGas North West Ltd botched a rewiring job & are blaming me!

Charlie the Gas Fitter came to do a simple job of replacing a leaking zone valve in the airing cupboard of my home.
After nearly 4 hours left me without heating, hot water or shower with no promise to return & fix it.
The system was working perfectly before he arrived & started rewiring the zone valve,now he is saying it's a system electrical installation fault.
How unprofessional is that.
Have reported the matter to my Insurance Company Hometree for their involvement to put this sorry episode right.

Customer excellence

Was on time, diagnosed the issue straight away, fixed in under an hour, the whole job from when he walked in to leaving. He also listened to me and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t have a clue, took time to understand. Really great service, from beginning to end, really friendly team. Well done Allgas you really have nailed customer service!

Fixed my boiler within 24 hrs!

It's rare these days that services run without error. AllGas North West Ltd were amazing! I'd had failed attempts with other companies over a two week period. AllGas came to the rescue. They attended and replaced the faulty part within 24hours of initial contact. Lee, my engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and swift. I can not fault this service. Many thanks from a very happy customer

Your engineer

Your engineer, sent by my Boiler repairers " Your Repair" called today as my cental heating system wasn't working all weekend. He called before attending and arrived on time. Excellent engineer got my cental heating repaired in no time at all and knew exactly where the fault was, He was professional and knew his trade, very respectful and courteous. I give you 5 stars for an excellent job.

Lee did an excellent job this morning…

Lee did an excellent job this morning sorting out a problem with our boiler pressure. He phoned in advance to give eta, arrived on time, did the job expertly and told me what he was doing in an informative way. All this and on a bank holiday too. What a guy!!!

Lee the engineer was brilliant

Lee the engineer was brilliant. Gave me plenty of notice of his arrival time, was friendly and easy to talk to. He wasn’t able to resolve the problem due to needing a part, but he arranged a time to return and communicated with me throughout. I would highly recommend him.

5 Star Review for Lee at All Gas North West Ltd. I had my annual gas service booked in…

I had my annual gas service booked in with Lee at All Gas North West Ltd. I was contacted both by Lee and All Gas prior to my appointment day to confirm the date and time for my service, which I was very impressed by. Lee was very polite and friendly and cleared everything away when the service was done. I am extremely happy to recommend Lee at All Gas which is why I have given a 5 STAR review. 😊

Dean … A credit to the company!

Our insurance company tasked Allgas NW to sort our leaky gas boiler. Within 30 mins we heard an engineer would visit next morning. After excellent comms Dean arrived dead on 8.15 as promised and was smart, courteous and respectful of our property, putting on shoe covers. He soon diagnosed the problem which requires a specific part from Worcester Bosch which unfortunately needs ordering so he was unable to fix it today. He was however able to give me a managing tip that means we can get by till it can be sorted properly.
I cannot speak too highly of Dean in particular and how he is an absolute credit to his company. I cannot recommend them more highly if the rest of the organisation is as good!

As a single parent with a disabled son

As a single parent with a disabled son getting heat back on was priority. The company I have my heat cover with, sent Allgas and their work and communication was exceptional! Right from the initial phone call, the engineer told me how long he'd be to arriving at my house which is very good. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and was very professional and friendly at all times. He spoke to the office to get the part ordered and explained how important it was to get heat back ASAP. The lady in the office phoned me after speaking to the insurance company and told me when to see the engineer and when the part would be fitted.
Excellent communication and professional service. Highly recommend! 10/10
Lee was my engineer and his politeness, knowledge, expertise and professional work ethic was fabulous. Also Cathy in the office was so good and very understanding in a difficult situation. Excellent communication.
