We bought a shower from this company over a month ago, which was going to be delivered well in time before move in day in our new space. Three weeks went by the delivery date and still nothing, until finally they admitted the shower was broken and they hadn't gotten a replacement yet. This in itself warrants a bad review, you don't think the customer needs to know that their bathroom is not going to be installed in time ? You think blaming it on the delivery company is fair & furthermore makes you look trustworthy ?
Well anyway, we needed a new shower with some urgency so we let them give us a replacement of a different model, a little disappointing but no harm done. WELL, how wrong we were, they delivered the wrong parts to the wrong shower and made a whole fuss about replacing them (as if that isn't the bare minimum) and then when they finally replaced the bad part, guess what ? THEY REPLACED IT WITH THE EXACT ! SAME ! PART !

And so anyway we're going to buy a new shower elsewhere. Great service, truly a fantastic experience /s

Atrocious customer care. I bought 2 sunloungers with cushions. They got wet in s light shower after a couple of days and the water marks ruined the cushions. I took photos and provided the receipt via their warranty section on the website. Three times I submitted my complaint about the cushions and I never received a reply. I then contacted their customer services direct with the same info and again got zero response. They received my messages as I got a successfully submitted response each time. Worst customer service ever. Beware if you buy and have s problem

Today I had a third garden chair break, always at the point where the arm meets the back. This is dangerous, I would not recommend buying from this company.
