When we got the WAV the driver was very helpful and showed us how to use everything. The vehicle is what we were expecting and works well.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is we were told in February we should get the WAV end of May but didn’t actually get it until 20th July which was very disappointing having taken so long. It was arranged to be delivered on 17th and waited in for it not to turn up. Someone forgot to add ours to the delivery list. They did make every effort to ensure we had it early Monday morning and were very apologetic. Apart from the delay and miscommunications otherwise very good.

Everything from start to finish was handled very well all the staff were very polite and very helpful. They have also had a tree planted for my granddaughter in her name very heart warming touch thank you all so much for making the experience so easy and stress free

Having a named person who I could contact through the waiting time for the vehicle to arrive was really helpful. The delivery driver was kind and patient and made the handover very clear. The car is great.

The whole experience was handled extremely well which resulted in a very easy and stress-free transaction. There was no pressure applied by the sales rep and I was made to feel valued at all times. I was kept informed throughout, right up to the delivery date of the new wav. The delivery was handled extremely well and the driver had all the time in the world to iron out any issues or questions that I might have. I cannot recommend Allied Mobility highly enough.

Excellent Service from start to finish, the staff have all be exceptional. This is our 3rd WAV that we have had from Allied Mobility and they have never once let us down and have even gone the extra mile too. I would certainly recommend and would certainly go back again.

The guys were so helpful when they came to demonstrate and hand the vehicle over. Communication was clear and they didn’t rush me at all and took time to demonstrate and made sure I was fully confident

Well not too happy with rump.first day i took my son out he got stuck in boot.we 4 spent one hour to open boot.then took the wheelchair and my son from middel door.wasnt easy.then it open

Allied Mobility were great, keeping us updated regularly on the progress of our WAV's delivery time and date. When it was delivered we were given an extremely thorough demonstration of all aspects of our new car by a knowledgeable and friendly staff member. Top marks for an excellent company. Highly recommended.

1. Choosing an appropriate WAV is a complex task: space available to accommodate your wheelchair, your comfort needs (including outside visibility), number of seats you require, size of advance payment; reliability/performance, appearnce and brand reputation of the van manufacturer.
So the attitude/assistance of the sales staff allocated to your enquiry is crucial.
My sales lady (B) was fantastic: knowledgeable about the product range, helpful and patient.
[I did request demonstrations from other WAV suppliers, and found that an Upfront Passenger WAV, medium-sized with automatic ramp and wheelchair lock, (e.g. a Ford Connect Grand), has the potential to be the best WAV, if one can afford the advance payment.]
2. Allied's Peugeot Rifter GT RE conversion was the most suitable for my Permobil F5 (a large power chair).
3. I am not able to comment on post-sales service, but I am hoping that as the largest supplier of WAVs in the UK, in business for over 3 decades, I might be in good hands with Allied Mobility.
