The cleaner was consistently late, did a poor job, and left early.

Her boss came and corrected her behaviour, it was uncomfortable to watch but afterward she stayed almost the whole time and did a much better job, even if her attitude was passive aggressive afterward.

I didn't enjoy the experience so I left. The person on the phone tried to suggest I should have brought it up earlier as they were unaware due to her entering the wrong times in her records.

Dreadful cleaers did not clean the bathroom or kitchen or bathroom absolute disgrace. The client was a vulnerable ndis client.
They had been charging for months and not cleaning donot recommend

Worst service ever lazy hardly do anything used my funding to do a deep clean till now being told it needs it again as it want done properly. What pushed me over the edge was dirty dishes put in the cupboard and I didn't know till i found them as they where hidden behind everything else.oh and broke my vaccum never offered to replace or fix stay clear of them

The cleaners are generous enough to help even as a support. I would say it is one of the best NDIS services in Melbourne

4 people to clean, 3 men and 1 female the female was the only one that did anything and she was subjected to horrendous abuse by her male boss they didn’t do the very basics, emptying a rubbish bin, dusting. I regret engaging their services… twice fool me.
