My first - but not last - time purchasing from here. Great place for hard to find Itten games (and others). Prompt delivery.

I placed an order of 5 items and set up an account. Unfortunately, the order went through under the guest account rather than on the newly created one. I emailed to ask if it could be transferred. I also immediately realised that I had ordered one item in error, and sent a second email asking if that item could be cancelled.
I received an email back saying that the order couldn't be transferred to my account and I was also informed that removing the item brought the order total below the free P&P threshold. The emails I received were all quite abrupt. I replied back, requesting that the order be cancelled so I could re-order, under my account, which would solve the issue of it being under a guest account, so I could add some other items to the order. I was then informed that there was a 5% charge for cancellations. I was pretty fed up with the terse emails, I'd been polite and apologetic throughout. The cancellation fee policy is detailed in the T&Cs under returns, so I question the transparency. My order certainly hadn't been posted. In fact I doubt it had even been packaged up because I had placed the order and then sent the subsequent emails immediately after and all were sent outside of business hours. There was obviously no willingness to help or even compromise so I decided to cancel my order in full and asked for my details to be removed from their database. Unfortunately, I also had to chase up 10 days later, as my account was still on their system. A fairly disappointing experience all round, unfortunately.

Ordered some great things, and when a couple of them needed to be collected in person, and we explained we'd be unable to do that, the money was reimbursed within the hour - very impressive. Thank you!

Ordered a relatively niche TTRPG book from these guys. Very prompt delivery. Unfortunately something happened in the post that damaged the item, but communication was exceptional and service around this issue really unparalleled. Would buy from these guys again, highly recommended.

Bought an RPG book that arrived slightly damaged (despite a rather robust packaging, with plenty bubblewrap). Reached out to All Rolled Up, who kindly agreed to send a replacement in a much bigger box filled with polystyrene blobs. Quickly, and all free of charge.

They really went the extra mile to ensure I received a copy in pristine conditions. Can't fault these guys, you can purchase from them with confidence: I definitely will again in the future!

Excellent Service!

All Rolled Up are a friendly local games store with an equally friendly and efficient postal service. My recent purchase was the fulfilment of a kickstarter campaign for a new edition of the Cthulhu Hack game. The website was easy to navigate to pick the options I wanted for extras and postage options (with the option to collect from the store for free if desired) and the package arrived within 2 days in perfect condition, exactly as promised.

I've been buying from AllRolledUp for a number of years now and they have never disappointed. From their All Rolled Up dice bags (which are so much more than that - a true cache for a cornucopia of roleplaying accessories) made lovingly by Fil to the well researcher RPGs written and published with care and attention by Paul, every transaction has been a delight. Items are sent with speed and orders are taken care of swiftly and with the highest accuracy. I cannot recommend them enough. Keep an eye out for them on the UK RPG convention circuit too, because meeting them in person is always a pleasure - they are always a stall I aim to visit.

My most recent purchase involved an change to the placed order, requiring some additional back and forth to ensure that an extra payment could be taken to add an item. Fil worked to guide me through the process, answering my questions exceptionally fast and helping overcome some unexpected technological gremlins that stood in the way. You cannot ask for better service. A* all the way.

Having seen the Fighting Fantasy rolled up Dice Trays on many gaming groups, I fnally found their site on Friday and ordered 2 trays, one small and the other a medium.
Confirm.ation of dispatch was provided within the hour and I had them the following day!
Packaging was great, quality excellent and the print pixel.
I'll definitely be using them again as this first sale was 100% perfect !
