Was told I would received item by the 15th May, rang delivery company to confirm and was told it wasn't even booked in!! Had to book a delivery myself!! Good thing I actually rang

Cheap items. Nightmare delivery.

Bought a swing set for 2 day delivery! Over a week later no swing set no emails or confirmation. After emails sent to them it got dispatched. Used tuffnells. Tracking is horrendous and doesn’t show up when supposed to. Another email sent and worry’s replied but no real help or info! I got half the swing set delivered and still waiting on the rest. Pay the extra £30 and buy from a toy store

Product had not arrived then told could be 10 more days (Good service would pick up the phone and chase parcel).This was a birthday present. Told them on 12th May you have 2 days and I will start chargeback to my card company.
UPDATE>
Product arrived in damaged box we put together and has some faults photos taken contacted company.
Company told me they had refunded to my card (stupid error) I was told to return the item in new condition and in packaging or chop it up and take photos.
Told them its been put together and you were advised of this box damaged so cant do what you ask.
Told the goods belong to us and you need to return them in SAME PACKAGING ECT.
Ridiculous situation I think probably best to get chain saw out and destroy item as they requested.

Recently purchased Santa Clara 4 Seater Sofa Set With Storage, excellent delivery within 2 days. Delighted with the purchase, good quality. A couple of issues, the screws were missing and a mark on one of the cushions, Sent an email and got an immediate response, I was offered a reasonable refund, sourced suitable screws locally, easy to assemble.

Managed to find the garden table and chairs which matched our sofa set , great price on offer , decided to order quick ! Read some and the reviews and thought I no ! Will it turn up ??

It turned up ! Very quickly , well packaged , so happy with it and the price was amazing. Arrow xl they use for delivery arent great but this time they were ok!

Received Pool this week,
Packaging in good condition and all as advertised. Was hesitant to order based on some previous bad reviews. Communication could have been better but overall very pleased with product and price!!

Received my fire pit within 2 days and looked exactly as described. Although no confirmation email of order received, DHL notified me the next day, that I had a parcel on way to me and it arrived the following day! Thank you All Round Fun!

I waited weeks for my delivery of a garden gazebo finally when it arrived it was damaged I then had to wait weeks for it to be collected and now I am still waiting for my refund . The company does not return emails or any form of correspondence this has gone on for months now!
Disgusting how this company thinks it’s ok to Rob from people this way!

I ordered a gaming desk from all around fun and what can I say fantastic delivery and amazing quality my son loves he's new desk

I ordered 2 items, just under £20 for both and as soon as I had placed the order I saw the reviews on trust pilot and was very worried. My order was due to be delivered 2 days later and the following day I received an email with a tracking number, so I thought all was good. I then received a package on the day they specified, but it only had one of my items in it. I immediately emailed customer services and a lovely girl called Suzanne replied asking for a copy of the courier label which I provided. She emailed me about half an hour later to say the rest of my order was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I could see from the reviews that a refund was going to be out of the question so I asked what else they did have in stock in that price range that they could send me. Again Suzanne came back to me really quickly and detailed 3 items I could choose from. I picked the item that I liked the best and it was sent with next day delivery. I am very pleased with the service they provided, but I gave only 4 stars because if they had communicated with me that one of my items was out of stock initially and gave me an alternative before sending the parcel then it would have been 5 stars. It seems to me that if the items happen to be in stock then you get a great service but if they are not then they give you the run around, it would be so much better for them if they could control their stock levels on their website so they are not making people wait for the goods they have paid for then they could improve their trust pilot rating and become a reputable company. Shout out to Suzanne who was a star.

Placed order, took payment then one week later i was ingformed it was out of stock and now have to wait a further week to get my money back

All Round Fun are a complete disgrace and out to steal your money. Don’t trust these fake reviews of happy customers. They don’t deliver your item after months of a wait then tell you it’s out of stock and ignore your emails asking for a refund of your money

One of the products ordered arrived damaged, however this was replaced quickly and without question having sent a photo of the damage

I was told delivery would be Dec 1st but yesterday got an email saying it will be the 13th Dec. So getting pretty close to Christmas

I never received my pool table. You don't answer the phone or reply to emails. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY
